Is that beef organic? Aside for fish/shellfish, there's nothing I like eating better than the flesh of an animal... It's the anti-biotics, animal-grade steroids/hormones, filthy slop, and bacteria infested hearding grounds that the cheap beef are raised with.

Yezzur, it's organic. It is some stuff called Laura's Lean Beef that was on special last week at Kroger. It wasnt too much more expensive than standard ground beef because of the sale. I have some of the 96% and 98% in my freezer. Good stuff. Had a hard leg day yesterday...so I treated myself to a nice homemade burger.

Damn! Kroger.... a West Coast brand though... I'm back East now. Red meat does my blood type real well! I bought a big slab of London Broil on sale the other day. Not certified organic, however, the quality control of this market is outstanding! Top notch! Many employees that are friends of mine can also vouch for that.

You guys are killing me talking about meat. I'm just thrilled baby back ribs are on sale for $3.99 a pound and chicken is at 1.69. It's time to load up the freezer!!!
