The voice and character impersonations he did in "Ernest Goes To Jail" were hilarious.
 
I remember going to watch Earnest Scared Stupid when it first came out in the theater LOL I was still in elementary school I think ha! Sh!t was Great haha!

Hey party people! What's new?

Finally back at work and on the webz after about 10 days off... No, I can't actually remember how long I was off. Anywho, got the family moved to the new house. Work commute is down to 15 minutes from 45 minutes, house is much nicer than the old one, and all is good. Bad part is all the dang boxes of crap to find a place for now! I hate moving, but eh... the change of venue is nice. No internet or TV in the house till probably after Xmas with bills and whatnot coming up. Feels like I've been gone forever. :( Anybody miss me? eh? Anybody? :P

I'm happy. My old computer at home was from 2002 - old Dell with 256mb RAM - and it died. Scored a relatively new HP Notebook from work that needed a new harddrive. (We recycle electronics. Some lady brought it in cause it was "broken", and I fixed it!) Upgraded from XP to 7 pro, 256 to 4G RAM, 70gb drive to 320gb, wireless connectivity, webcam, HDMI out, the works. To me, THIS was my Xmas present!! Works nice to hook up to the HDTV for movies and whatnot, too. Now to get cable and internet and I'll be all set!! :D

thats pretty sweet! what processor in it?

I just upgraded my bandwidth at home to 55mbps. I can dowload 9gb in just about 26 min. so a 700mb cd in just about 2 min :D

AMD Athlon something or other. 1.6ghz, so not all that huge. But eh, VAST improvement over the old clunker! :D

I admit, though, I didn't kill. My wife's boss has a farmette and all of his (big) family hunt. He asked if anybody wanted one, I said heck yeah, and boom - Bambi's mom (or aunt or something) is in my freezer!! I've hunted before, but I don't really enjoy the cold, the early mornings, and the hassle of it. I just wanted the food! :D

C'mon over! It's what's for dinner tonight! lol I haven't had it for quite some time, but it's a bit different than beef. Sometimes it can be a bit "gamey", but the right processor can get that out by letting it hang for a while. Overall, the meat is very very lean. It doesn't lend well to things like burgers or sausage without mixing something fattier in, most often pork. We have a nice-sized roast to throw in a crock pot sometime, plenty of ground for things like tacos (Taco night is a big deal in my house, for no real reason other than we're simple and like to have fun as a family), and probably meatloaf (mixed with pork or beef, or both!).

Addendum: I have hunted. It was pretty big in my family. But being 13, shooting your first button buck, tracking it 2 miles in near-dark only to find that it was being eaten by an 8' tall blackbear standing in front of you... Yeah... I took up fishing.

Venison is amazing when prepared right. Let it soak in OJ, takes the game out of the meat. Om nom nom.
