While letting my chili cook, I decided to add up the macros for it...

The pot:
95g fat
276g carbs (101g sugar, 170g fiber)
250g pro

Per Bowl:
16g fat
46g carbs (17g sugar, 29g fiber)
42g protein
496 calories
