Shoulder still a little sore, so I did some light chest work today. Not really in pain anymore, just tightness and soreness now.

Incline DB Bench: 35x18, 55x12, 55x12, 55x12, 55x12, RP 60x5, RP 60x5, RP 60x5

Flat Bench (Smith): 95x18, 155x12, 155x12, 155x12, 155x12, RP 185x5, RP 185x5, RP 185x5

Overhead Press: 40x15, 40x15, 40x15, 40x15

Machine Press: 70x18, 130x12, 130x12, 130x12

Cable Fly (High): 20x15, 15x15, 10x15, 10x15

Cable Fly (Mid): 20x15, 15x15, 10x15, 10x15

So today was an off day. The wife wanted to go for a walk so we went go do a 30 min walk around the pond with the dog. The dog really needs to lose weight, but don't tell him that. I just tell him he's a big boned chiuaua.

Only on days I lift and then on the weekends for other things. Almost done, with this bottle. Was really hoping to carry through the rest of my other run. But final review will be soon. Never did up it to 25 mg. I personally think 12.5 mg for pre-workout is perfect.

Note: Felt better, no pain, but still a little soreness, and tightness in the left shoulder area when I got to the Rear DB Raises

Unfortunately, Had to take a night off. Tightness, and pain has come back into my back and shoulder. Must have tweaked it without it being 100%. Hoping its better tomorrow

I do most of The Throwers 10, pull aparts and face pulls and that has really seemed to help
I do face pulls, but maybe need to look into other things as I get older. Lol

Gonna miss this whole weekend. Could barely move my shoulder today without pain. If its not feeling better by Monday. Its off to the doctor. Good thing I work in the same hospital as my PCP. LOL

Hopefully just really stretched the sh!t out of it and not any tearing or anything. But, I could barely take my coat off today, cause I couldn't put my arm behind my back to grab my sleeve

First Off my monkeyratasaurus would like to thank PRE for the ability to run this. Silda-V as a pre-workout will definetly give your test subject that extra pump at 12.5mg in the gym. If your test subject is looking for a full dose during "cardio" with the misses monkeyratasaurus. This will keep things going "ALL NIGHT LONG".

This product is so great I just had to pick up another bottle. I didnt have a choice monkeyratasaurus borrowed my credit card while I was at work, and I got the notification that another bottle was ordered. Lol
