No lifts today or yesterday. Had a pt test for some stuff I'm trying to get into in this here Army. Did well enough but had some issues on my run (didn't fail or anything, but my time wasn't what I was expecting). Oh well, guess I gotta put some more effort into my run. I've been rucking and that may have something to do with my time slowing down a bit. Maxed push-ups and sit-ups but the hip flexors and hamstrings didn't feel like running as fast as the brain desired.
295/300 ain't bad I guess.
Back in the gym tomorrow and I'll probably get my ruck on tonight. Planning for 7 miles, 60lbs, 100 minutes.

Finally back to my regular gym. Vacation is over. Had a pretty good weekend. Spent most of the day yesterday doing yard work. Saturday was good, round two of softball playoffs. We won both games of our doubleheader. Championships next Saturday. If you play softball and haven't had the chance to swing the Miken Freak DST, you're missing out. Anyway...

Also, decided that I'm about as lean as I want to be for right now. I'm probably somewhere around 12%, by my horrible calculations. I have a little trip I'm taking at the end of August/first couple of weeks of September where I'll be in a caloric deficit of between 3k-5k cals a day for roughly 3 weeks. Pretty sure that whatever body fat I have left at that point will come off. Last time I went on this adventure I lost ~18 in 21 days.
9k in, 12-14k out everyday.

Hahaha. I did the same at 315 after I maxed out at 495. Couldn't even budge that shyt for a week. The I skipped deadz for two weeks due to scheduling conflicts. Came back right where I need to be! Take some time mufukka

I think part of the issue was that I did them later in the workout, for one, and two, I already had a piss poor attitude about the whole thing because the power rack was occupied by some fukface squatting 95lbs for 20 minutes, and then some other ass clown trying what I can only assume was a shltty looking oly lift of some sort for another 15 minutes. I just decided to set up shop right in the middle of the goddamn free weight area like the douche that I am so I could get my DL on. I won't do deads next week and I'll come back the week after. No biggie. Thanks for the tips homies.
