Shredded by summer cont'd. Iparatroop goes from fat to fit.

I took this weekend off too brother. New work schedual has me out of sorts. Gym tomorrow though. Might cut the deload short since it will be basicly foour days off.
Schedule changes suck most of the time. For the first few days you're fine, then it catches up. I totally understand man. I've changed time zones a lot. Sucks.
Seems as though we all took the wkend off. All good though, a hard reset and back at it!
I hadn't really planned on it, it just sorta worked out that way. I can't say that I'm not happy about it though. It felt good.
Literally everyone I've seen so far has pretty much taken the weekend off haha. I know I sure did! Time to get our **** together this week
Yeah man, it's nice to reset every once in a while. Looking back, I wish I would have taken a nice long run, but oh well. Back to the grind.

So, there are two bands that I WON'T miss when they come within 100 miles of me. Tonight I saw one of them. Bad Religion, after 33 years, still kill it. (The other band is Slayer).
 
Fat stims ftw!

Yep, definitely did the trick this morning. It makes me sweat something fierce, and I appreciate that. It's still a little early to assess fat loss, but I'm leaner in the mornings and that's a good sign. I've also had no trouble sleeping, so it's not over-stimulating. No GI issues, and I take it on an empty stomach. I like it.

i appreciate them, i just havent used stims for fat loss for very much sucess. Even at my leanest, which was about 10-11% bf ish, i still didnt use them.

ive always gotten my stims from black coffee (which i hate) and some form of energy drink. I use them to function throughout the day and not always as a supp...i prolly should though...i just like the idea of BCAA only.

but hell ive seen some people get straight up ripped off of hydroxycut and protein alone...and on the flipside ive seen people eat redline and oxyelite like pez and still not lose an oz so just like with anything else its all reletive
 
Barbell bent over rows kill me. For some reason I can't breathe right on them and it feels like ima pass out after 2 struggled sets of 6

It's ALL relative, as diet and exercise play a huge role. Diet more so than anything else. Thinking you can use a fat burner and eat anything you want defeats the purpose. That'd be like running a cycle and not working out, just plain wasteful.
I used to drink a bunch of energy drinks. They're more harmful than good, in most cases, as they contain a ton of sugar and you crash pretty bad, leading to addiction where you're relying on it to pick you back up. They definitely helped me get fat.
I've had success, recently, with fat burners by sticking to a decent diet (I'm not perfect, by any means) and keeping my butt in the gym. I work with a guy who eats fat burners but has a horrible diet and doesn't work out. He fails, bottom line. You get out of it what you put in to it, and the quality of the substance goes a long way if you train in accordance with its capabilities. I can tell you, beyond a shadow of a doubt that PX Black, AND Fat Smack are solid products and will help you get where you want to go if you stick to your guns. I have pics to prove it.

Yeah, and no wall to support you. I dropped below parallel on a couple of them due to fatigue, but it was successful overall.

On another note, I dropped my PWO when I started Fat Smack. I take my serving upon waking, approximately 1 hour PWO and it's working very well. Apparently it's timed-release and energy throughout the day is sustained very well. I'm continuing to lean out, and my stubborn back fat is progressively disappearing. I sweat more than normal during workouts, and I'm pretty thirsty all of the time. I consume 1.5-2 gallons of water a day and sometimes that doesn't feel like enough. I will post pictures within the next few days to show progress thus far.
Also, I tried Formutech's berry flavored BCAAs this morning (Endurance, courtesy of swanky). Taste was great. A little on the sweet side but I just added a little more water and that helped. It dissolves very quickly and there was no residue in my bottle once I finished it. I liked it.
 
Quality isn't even a concern. I have no question about that. From what Kleen and snags said about it, it sounds pretty damn yummy.

The taste of Apple Fusion is really good IMO. I was skeptical because i thought it was going to be like typical sour apple but i was wrong.
 
I imagine it would taste like the typical sour apple taste too which I'm not fond of, def a product to consider at the end of the summer. Too many products dropping, I need a break cuz I want to drop 250 bucks and surround myself in dat premium finaflex quality ishhh

Cardio this morning. 40 minutes on the treadmill. Started with a brisk walk to slowly get heartrate up, then worked into HIIT.
Used handheld BF calculator after cardio and it nearly crushed my soul. Said 20.4%. I say "fu*k you Mr. Handheld machine, you don't know ME!" Anyway, if anything, it served as motivation but I know it's way off.

It's this thing that gets me red and sweaty and makes my heart beat really fast. I swear I'm allergic, but I keep playing with fate. I have to keep my run time down, you know the drill.

Run shmun... My goal nowadays is a brisk jog and stay under a 26 min 3 mile! Lol. I remember being lightning fast only six years ago, 20:00 PFTs and whatnot... Of course I only weighed 175 at the time. I'm at ~200 now and its not quite so easy...

I know the feeling. I came in the army at a whopping 137lbs. I used to run my 2 miles in 11:45. I'm somewhere around 190 right now and can still run in the low 12s, it's just more difficult.

Wedding all day yesterday and today is my anniversary so no gym this weekend. It's fine by me, I'm eating triscuits and drinking coffee. Back to the grind tomorrow.
