I've contemplated getting a Shoulderok. Anyone out there using it? Thoughts and feedback welcome.
I've been using a mace consistently for quite a few months. Highly recommend it.
Mace as in medieval weapon? That's bad ass.
Luckily the one I use has a soft rubber head, but yeah. There are quite a few people who build entire training regimens around it
Just received my Shoulderok yesterday. I watched a quick video and swung this bad boy down and around the back. Wow! Muscles stretching and vertebrae cracking - in a good way! It really felt great! RegisterJr do you have any videos or other links on what all can be done with it? I'm researching as well. Thanks.
You should have received some private resources that only shoulderok users have access to. Like, hours worth of content if I'm not mistaken.
I'm leaning towards this next year after my shoulder heals, no more messing around with my mobility , I don't care if I go the YMCA lolol I'll do it in the damn basketball gym or the fitness room upstairs.
How's it feeling now?
I've been swinging the ShoulderRok for a week now. The shoulders do feel more agile and stretched. The only complaint is the handle knurling is aggressive. Have to wear gloves to swing it but the grip is solid with no fear of it flying. So far I highly recommend it.

How much is it ?
How much is it ?
It's pricey at $190 plus shipping. Elitefs dot com had a $30 off sale. I didn't have a welder friend but there are AM members that do like RegisterJr.
Yup. You can have one welded with a 1" galvanized pipe and end of an Olympic dumbbell.

Same price ?
About $30 in materials.
Stop it !!! can you or whoever make me one ? I need in....ill prob start after I hear about surgery or not Friday morning , I'm going to the shoulder specialist.
I've been improvising. I took one end off of one of the almost straight EZ bars at the gym and loaded the opposite end with heavy screw on clamps. Man that is a workout! Think I'm gonna make mine own though. kenpoengineer feel like sending me some pics and measurements of yours?
Just a nice pic laying flat. Overall length, circumference, and how much it weighs sans any additional weight. Take your time and thank you.No problem brother. Let me know what you need.

Asked a local welder but he still hasn't responded about the pricing to make one. Might cave and order it for the new year but it says like 3 weeks to ship.
It's worth the wait. Shoulders and chest feel great after using it. It also gives you one heck of a workout!
Yea I've watched some videos on YouTube I think it would be perfect for me, once I fix my shoulders up, I can't lifts crazy weight like that anymore so I want to be just all around strong not just legs or chest. Do you only use it warm up or do you do like 20-30 min workout ?
The shoulderok would do more to prevent injury than to heal one.
Could you get a second opinion from a sports doc? You may have to go the surgical route...
