Square shoulders as I find that harder to achieve than big traps
Heavy farmers walks, suit case carries and pryamid barbell shrugs blew mine upI have achieved square shoulders (took ten years of work), but big trap I have never had ......
@Sparta12 How much weight do you use for these ??try 10 shrugs then 10 second hold shrugged, repeat all the way down to 1 with as little rest as possible... Absolute killer
Considering I have both but most guys will call out the size of my traps, I go with them. To me, strength looks like big traps, forearms, calves and glute. If that is going on, chances are you are a strong MFer and/or fit as hell.
Yes, but also a pain in the ass to get nice dress shirts, all of mine need to be tailored. 18" neck with a 33 waist doesn't work for anything off the shelf.

I’m the same, about 18” neck with 32” waist, it’s challenging. A few years back when I still was fighting and did a ton of neck work I had a 19,5” neck...

Good work, do it once a week and add Farmers carries 3-4 times a week(even if it only a couple of laps a session) and those traps will pop!I was finished, no doubt about it !!
LMAO!I'll stick with the Square Shoulder Look.
