I read about the benefits of zinc, magnesium, and calcium for weight lifters so I got some from Kroger (big sale). I'm about to start my next cycle and I'm curious if I should up my intake of my vitamins - magnesium being the main curiosity.
The bottle says to take one 250mg tablet daily, but with cardio and two workouts each day I figured I'd burn through minerals enough to take more.
Here's what I take on a daily basis already (mostly for immune system health. I get sick often)
Vitamin D, C, B, Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium, Fish Oil, Glucosamine, and GNC Mega Men Sport. Should I just stick with recommended daily dosage?
Btw, I'm new to the site and new to phs, but after adding and keeping 30+ pounds on my major lifts in a month, I'm hooked and want to learn everything I can
Thanks
