Should I up my magnesium for my next cycle?

I read about the benefits of zinc, magnesium, and calcium for weight lifters so I got some from Kroger (big sale). I'm about to start my next cycle and I'm curious if I should up my intake of my vitamins - magnesium being the main curiosity.

The bottle says to take one 250mg tablet daily, but with cardio and two workouts each day I figured I'd burn through minerals enough to take more.

Here's what I take on a daily basis already (mostly for immune system health. I get sick often)
Vitamin D, C, B, Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium, Fish Oil, Glucosamine, and GNC Mega Men Sport. Should I just stick with recommended daily dosage?

Btw, I'm new to the site and new to phs, but after adding and keeping 30+ pounds on my major lifts in a month, I'm hooked and want to learn everything I can

Thanks

More is not better, especially with minerals...look into a high quality mineral blend that isn't in oxide form and call it a day or pick up some full spectrum trace minerals, you need to be taking careful when taking minerals for example taking alot of zinc can deplete your copper levels and too much magnesium can give you ****s especially in a poor form like oxide. I'm not an expert by any means but I use what works and it's simple. And you don't need to take a calcium supplement.

The issue with stuff on sale at Kroger is that sometimes, if not often, you're getting a product that isn't the highest of quality. For vitamins/minerals, the absorption can be off and so it's hard to say how much to even take or to recommend how much more to take.
