Should I stop my cycle?

Right....

1. Your only eating above maintenance... probably just at maintenance... You need to eat more to grow and gain strength at a noticeable/big difference.

2. Minimum id run is 21days before saying something is bunk and potentially slandering a company. Watch your tongue.

3. Your very impatient and i think your expecting 20-30lb of gain... not gona happen with DMZ anyway... more like 10-20 and thats perfect training, eating and genetic dependant.

4. Your up 7lb.. well that not bad, that is likely to be glycogen retention and possibly muscle, especially if you are eating around maintenance.

I would keep training, eating and waiting. Id expect by the end of week 4 you will be at about a 11lb gain.
Thats not bad considering your diet.

Anyone know why i might not be getting strength gains?

How does your training look like?
Over training -or not enough rest comes to mind. Even on PH's -or AAS you will need time to recover.
Muscles don't grow in the gym, they grow in the kitchen and in bed.

I think my training has been pretty good I lift 3-4 days a week mon tues on, wed off, thurs fri on sat sun off. If I'm not feeling good I'll take an extra day or two off which I I only did once so far because I went really hard in week two. I've been lifting for over five years so I can tell pretty well when I need to take extra time off

I'm eating 700-1k over maintnance all clean
A few days ago you said you were eating at or slightly above maintenance. Even if you bumped it up to 700 above, what did you expct to see change in a few days. This whole thread is starting to sound ridiculous. You set your expectations too high, werent eating enough from the start and who knows what else, now a few days later your eating better and have actually gave dmz time to kick in and poof your up 7lbs. Keep training, eating and finish your cycle and as long as your diet and training are not crap you'll be fine.

Keep apple cider vinegar in the bathroom and apply it a few times per day.

Works like a charm, trust me!

I started slightly above maintnance while I waited for it to start working....not that extraordinary.. the 15th I bumped it up to 700-1k over.

This is serious advise, seriously! No kidding:

Hemorrhoids are caused by bad pooping form.

A small foot bank will help.

If you are up 7 lbs I would say you are doing just fine 2 weeks in unless you hope to gain some fat.

Certainly some see heavy strength gains from DMZ however it is not really a big strength promoter. You should be seeing some increases that go along with your size gains but not really anything awe inspiring. Think more along the lines of going up a little in weight, or adding a rep or two to your top weight and not like you are going to get crazy strong from it. Sure it has decent androgenic effects but it is far more myotropic, in otherwords geared towards muscle growth. If you add 10lbs to your bench and 20 to your squat and dead over the cycle then you have done well.

If you want to gain size then increase your frequency, and volume. That is what causes a lot of growth. Don't focus on low rep strength, focus on 6-15 reps and just getting one more rep or moving up 5lbs or so. Try something like 3 days on one off, doing Upper Body Push, Upper body Pull and Leg days, then take a day off and repeat do that until the end of your cycle then go to a 3-4 day a wee 5x5 training program during your PCT to maintain strength and size while lowering your overall volume.

Also keep in mind when you see peoples weight going up very quickly on this stuff it is MOST OFTEN following a major cut and just the difference in food can make some people blow up if they were truly glycogen depleted during their cut. I can gain 10lbs easily overnight if I am depleted and do a carb load.

Stopped my cycle two days ago which was 17 days. no strength increase and minimal weight gain, I realized the 7lbs I though I gained i weighed myself at night when I weighed in the morning I was only up 5lbs. On a bright note I tried the ****ting stool and it works poops felt smooth

Sooo...thats it OP??

You start a thread asking for advice if you should stop a cycle, come to the conclusion that the product may in fact be legit, just to cut it short regardless? What was the point in starting this thread if your mind was already made up? lol

You also mentioned that you had plans to leave the country in March, but somehow wanted to fit in a 4 week cycle and a 4 week PCT prior to leaving, so where are you getting 8 weeks to allow you to do that?

And I'm not even bothering to ask if you are on PCT now out of precaution that what you were taking was the real deal because I have a feeling I know that answer.

Something about this whole thread smelled funny from the get.
