this is like one of the biggest excercises there are and i really wanna do them i just a little worried about my lower back cause its always really tight and i have to pop it all the time and stuff... but i have truck and mow lawns so i have lift that mower in and out of it and i think ive gotten a lot stronger from that so i feel like id be pretty good at them so what do ya think?
