I read the Ultimate Diet 2 and start to try it. But I feel that 3.5 or 4 days of low carb diet is hard to follow. I was just wondering if a shorter UD2 type cycle will also work. Something like 3 days (acutely 2.5 days) low carb, 1 day carb load and 1 day at maintenance. What do you think guys? Do you think it will still work or the low carb phase need to be at least 3.5-4 days to be effective?
