Tried pendlays my style. I don't like to set the weight down but rather drop my ass and use my legs instead of my lower back

What what do you think about running dbol,Tbol or a bombs at any point during the cycle? Should I just run my pro hormone until it out then ride out the EQ and Deca then use my other oral as a finisher ?

Imo since orals are quicker reacting and are usually I ran for a shorter period of time they are best used in the beginning or the end of a cycle or where you need a burst like if you were competing or something. So in this case I would a bombs in the beginning 3 weeks or so and then use tbol as a finisher.

I worked out shoulders last night pretty heavy and been have some upper back pain and cramping. It's not like back pumps that I've had before, although maybe!

Going to keep hydrated and kill some high volume and lighter weight for a few days !
 
Been kind of slacking on getting to be gym everyday. Today I lifted legs, biceps and back...so tomorrow I'm going to take off

Then come back and do chest and arms Monday and go everyday and take Sunday's off

I hurt my knee some how moving boxes. So today was a really light leg day

I appreciate it, never have I needed the physical therapy of the weights in my life then now and yet I feel like I'm stuck to this chair like glue, I think I got some ****ed up form of depression/anxiety goin on. I know once I hit the weights ill get better but getting there has been a bitch! so glad the holidays are over with though, **** I hate November to january
 
So I am doing a pin EoD... But each compound every fourth day if that makes sense.
So

Monday- EQ and Deca
Tuesday - none
Wednesday- testosterone
Thursday- none
Friday- EQ and Deca
Saturday- none
Sunday testosterone...

Totals per week 1-20ish
Test 500mg
Deca 500mg
EQ 600mg

Orals week 1-6
Dmz 40-60 ED
M1,4ADD 75mg ED

Dianabol 25-50 mg experimentally after the first six weeks pre workout.


Adex 1mg EoD if I use the dbol.
.5mg EOD if not

Nolva as Nipples sensitivity arises. 20mg or 10mg occasionally
Caber as needed, but doubt it

I'm in week three. Up about 5 lean pounds
Current weight 228lbs

I have lost 2 lbs since the oral started but I had a lot of water and excess fat from the holidays.

I feel better being on a diet. But I have had increases in strength definitely since the beginning.

I look more vascular but no major major size increases.

Yes sir! About a couple more weeks of the oral still man.

Overall I love the orals because the gains come so fast it is gratifying. But once you get into the swing of things, the slow and steady gains that follow the oral kick start are where it's at!

Today I did chat and back. I did a pyramid for bench and I was absolute exhausted

Seriously I like couldn't get enough pump. I feel like something is kicking in because I'm more vascular than ever and my rep endurance is way up.


Like the EQ must be starting to build up because the veins and endurance are noticeably better...

Not really noticing my joints and recovery from the Deca yet really but still only running 450-500mg a week versus the 600mg of EQ

The oral pre workout definitely enhances the workout I get a good kind of anger where i want to keep going... Similar to oral trest but I honestly notice more aggression dosing dbol pre workout than I did with trest
 
Today I knocked out a session of high volume chest and biceps. I did 3 different circuits of superset at 5 times a circuit.
So it was a super high volume


At most i rested 60 seconds between major lifts.

My strength is so much higher than usual... My bench and squat number are really getting noticeably higher...

But the biggest strength increase I have noticed was with my heavy weight days and rep count. Like weight is feeling light but even when it's heavy I'm able
To push out more reps than I usually can.
 
Today was back and triceps

I did a high volume for back and heavy for triceps

My skull crushers had me pumped because I was mauling them.

Bent rows barbell
225 for 5 sets
15,13,12,12,10

One arm rows ( very little rest so weight drop is significant)
100's x 15 each arm
90's x 15
80sx 15
70's x 15
60's x 15

Skull crushers
115 lbs x 15
115 lbs x 12
115lbs x 7
90lbs x 12
75lbs x 15

Lat pull down
I did 5 sets of fifteen with little rest but dropped the weight each set

Triceps push downs
I went ham and did drop sets

I did five sets
During each set I dropped the weight 3 times and did 10-12 reps at each weight

I'll take a better shot but I'm getting stupid vascular even at higher body fat... Veins in calfs and quads
 
Gear is definitely kicked in. This week has been euphorically beast and the dbol pre workout makes me feel like a god amongst men in the gym with strength

I'm feeling that way with my trest and epiandro, and I'm only in week 1 lol. Now just need that test to kick in
