Thank you my dude! Shoulder went well I did a high rep session with just 15-18 reps of my typical shoulder circuit and I did incline and cable flys also and skull crushers and cable pull downs to finish up

95lbs for the upright rows
30's for the lateral raises

Did five sets. Dropped
To 20's on the last two sets


Narrow grip pulls Downs and rear delt cable fly superset
5 sets with variable weight

Finished with slant board and crunches for 5 sets of 15 nice and slow

Did incline bench
5 sets of 15 at 185lbs

Decline machine press superset with incline flies
5 sets of 15

Skull crushers and perpendicular grip chest press
95 lbs 15 on skull crushers
Variable weight on the press

Single hand cable tricep pull downs super set with narrow pushups.
5 sets

Cable curls
5 sets of 15

Preacher curls.
95 lbs the first few sets
Then 2 sets with 75 lbs







Today is back and shoulder.
Going to be focusing on high reps again today.


Can't wait for my Saturday leg day
 
Today I maxed at 365lbs for my ten rep while not on so let's see where I'm at after my oral. I hope to be at about 405 for 8-10 reps on squat after about 2-3 months.
I know I'll be back there after the oral.
