Doesn't eq shine in longer runs? Like 16-20 weeks? Maybe drop the deca and bump the eq up instead?
 
No worries about running all 4 compounds simultaneously? I'm trying to learn more about AAS at the moment. Seems like a lot.

All are pretty mild compounds except the oral. The only thing I'm worried about is the oral and if that gets bad I'll just drop it.

Yeah I'd probably also keep a keen eye out for estro sides as well as prolactin from the deca. 1800mg of AAS each week is a decent amount.
 
G2g well I'm going to post before pictures this week.


My pin schedule will be like a pin every other day.
So first pin test+Deca. Then a day of no pins then EQ. Then a day of no pins. Then test+deca

4 pins total a week. Starting SuperDrol on day of first pin

Kinda chubby at the Moment but last year I was only 180

Big jump! This time last year I think I was 185, just starting to recover from surgery. Now at 215

I was assaulted. Some rugby team members picking a fight with one of my friends, I stepped in to mediate; I got sucker punched and they all converged on me when I fell to the ground. Then saw a big MF hit my girlfriend and I got back up and stumbled over to try to help and he grabbed my head and slammed it with his knee.
I had a broken eye socket and cheekbone, had to get titanium plates put in so it would heal correctly and my eye wouldn't sag on my face and give me double vision haha

Tore my ACL getting ready for college ball.
Took a hit to the side of my knee and my knee collapsed

Dang that must've been a huge bummer... No more ball for you I'm guessing?

I rather be a freak of nature with good knees :) better than being beat up and fat reliving my glory.

I like eating too much to not lift hahaha

Same lol... I think I had over 4000 calories today.
 
Lately I have not been feeling too pumped for my workouts but still getting stupid sore.

I think it's a mixture of being anxious to start my cycle in a week or two, or I have been working out too late

Still hovering around 225-230

Feeling a bit fatter but strength as almost stayed about the same since the end of my last cycle surprisingly.

I've been told it doesn't make a difference and to just run it at your planned dosage, but if there's good reasoning behind doing it then maybe it's something to consider!

I miss the vascularity on tren. I never realize how vascular I get until after I stop the tren.

I hope EQ gets me nice and veiny


Today I am starting a push/pull style lift with two leg days inbetween.

Today I did back, biceps and rear delts
Did a heavy day today with my main lift heavy bent rows with wrist wraps. Next pull with I won't wear wraps and do 12-15 reps for each lift.

Tomorrow is
 
Push.

I have vials of cyp. So tempted to start it before the deca and EQ come

I'm doing 600 test/ 600 EQ/ 450 deca.
That's what I decided on
 
I just switched to a push/pull/legs too, liking it so far but kinda concerned about the stress on my shoulders
 
But yeah definitely feel the brutality on shoulders. I hate it because my push days seem so much more dense than my pull so i wanted to move shoulders
 
Yeah it's just hard because I do front delts with push and then middle and rear delts and traps with pull. So my shoulders are getting hit 4 days a week kinda and I'm not sure how I feel about it. They are a lagging body part though so maybe it'll bring em up.

I used to do:
Chest/tris
Back/bis
Shoulders
Legs
Arms
Off
Legs again
It was a good split but I wanted to hit my chest and back more frequently

That was me at 19-20 in for college ball.
Believe it or not all natural but not nearly as strong. But I focused on a five day split back then and noticed I started growin fast. I was like 192lbs I think
 
But back then no jobs and no responsibility so my training schedule and diet were on point

Yeah lol you look better there than my not-natty physique
 
Today I have to bust out some cardio and legs to burn some calories offfffff my fat ass.
Still been eating like I'm on cycle and maintained the same weight and strength but body comp is less hard. Going to maintain around 3000 clean calories on cycle at least during the SuperDrol to help Lean me out before the deca and EQ start kicking

Today
225lb squats 5 sets of 15-18 reps

Leg press and farmer walks super set. 15 reps and 45lb dumbells on the walks focusing on bursting off my calfs

Leg press and leg curl superset15 reps for 5 sets

Leg raises and calf raises super set 5 sets of 18

No lunges today because I'm going for some hill sprints in a little bit
