5x5 routine gets knocked a lot, but damn if it won't make you stronger. I like the 'routine' of knowing my numbers to hit BEFORE I start.
yeah when i did an 8 (or maybe 10?) week hst program back before this i loved going into the gym knowing exactly what i was doing, what order, and what weights i was going to be using. it made me hit all of my numbers too.

day 8 of post cycle and everything is basically the same so far. i'm not as full looking as i was on 500mg of test ew but that's a no-brainer as to why i'm not. i'm keeping my intensity and weights heavy but have lowered the volume considerably. hopefully my syringe filter and stuff will get here so i can make up some aa this week. although it really doesn't matter because i forgot to add ba water to my cart when i was buying the filter :frustrate:
Just use distilled water from the store. Provided your filter is 0.20micron, filter the vinegar and water together, they will be perfectly sterile.
sorry i was a little unclear. i had planned on doing that... 7.5 parts distilled water, 1 part white vinegar. then push through the .2 whatman filter into a sterile vial. but i don't have ba water to mix with the pre-loaded syringe before i pin at the gym. would i be ok to dillute it (preloaded igf) even further with a separate vial of (sterile) distilled water before i pin or should i just wait for ba water?
Yeah actually a vial of sterile-filtered distilled water would work nicely.
okay this is confusing me. i'm losing scale weight it seems, but i am getting stronger. i don't feel as full as i was while on, but i don't feel like i'm any smaller muscle wise. i also feel a little on the lean side. could this drop in weight be the bloat and maybe a little recomping i'm experiencing from the drive and my clean diet?? i'm eating very good, and alot right now. someone reassure me i'm not losing my lbm!!!!! i'm getting worried. i hate the scale

it's not like i'm all of a sudden super strong when i get to the gym. it's more like a, "if i don't force myself to get this weight up i'm gonna die" mentality i'm using. it seems to be working!
i think it could work either way. Mentally if you can workout just as heavy (maybe not as hard) and keep the intensity up and still feel good. Then you can pretend your not in any kind of post cycle therapy and just keep making progress. If you worry you will loose I think. I am taking the first week of PCT off (not only becuase I have injuries and am sick) but because I believe that is when the hormones are most out of whack and why break your body down in the gym if the mechanisms to recover arent in place. I am going towards preservation this week. Lots of food, BCAAs, PCT drugs/supps, etc etc.. and rest.
Then I will begin training light (heavy if i wasnt Fvcking hurt@!) and see where it takes me.
For all of us thought....I believe that the mental state will determine what will happen PCT. You can get all depressed if your not feeling as big or full or "on" when your "off" but you shouldnt feel as though your gonna loose everythign and start over. Otherwise it can cause a behavioral addiction to the drugs.

get something for cortisol imho. Bloodwork shows the rise of cortisol and that cant be good for gains. Id stay cautious.
i'm not on any cortisol support right now. all i have been using is drive, toremifene, and sustain alpha for post cycle so far.
Gear suppresses cortisol though. It will start to rise in post cycle therapy.

This study also showed that the individuals taking Vitamin C (an extra gram a day) improved their testosterone:cortisol ratio by over 20%. Since Vitamin C also decreases your chances of suffering from a cold or flu infection by 30% (14) and may aid in collagen synthesis, it would be wise to take some extra vitamin C when involved in an intense weight-training program.
