Study: Men's Sweat Triggers High Sexual Arousal In Women

WASHINGTON - It looks like the smell women prefer on a man is his own sweat.

Researchers concluded women who sniffed a chemical found in male sweat experienced an elevated hormone level, along with higher sexual arousal and a faster heart rate.

They claim the study represents the first direct evidence that people secrete a scent that influences hormones of the opposite sex.

The study focused on androstadienone, which scientists consider to be a male chemical signal.

Previous research established that a whiff of it affected women's mood, sexual and physiological arousal and brain activation.

Its impact on hormones, however, was less clear.

A derivative of testosterone, it is found in male sweat as well as in saliva and semen. The study, conducted by the University of California at Berkeley, is published in this week's "Journal of Neuroscience."

i am hoping somebody can give me some advice on a symmetry problem i have had ever since i started lifting. i have always had a problem (or so i call it a problem but everyone else thinks i'm crazy) with my pec development. i'm right handed, therefore making my right arm the stronger arm and shoulder. when i was first starting out, and didn't know right from wrong about form or technique, i would go to bench, and my left tri & shoulder would give out far quicker than my right side, making my left elbow move toward my waist, my left shoulder 'cup' under and my left pec push harder than my right. this left me with a slight asymmetrical look to my chest, but like i said, it is more of a thing that bothers me because i know its there. i have since added more mass to each side and have evened out the best i could with proper form.

now that i've added all the mass that i want (for now), i would really like to 'tone' my chest up and try to just make it as symmetrical as i possibly can. i've found that dips are a great exercise for this. as far as benching goes, should i continue to move up in weight while i'm on cycle, or should i pick a weight i'm comfortable with using the strictest form possible and go from there? i've been going to failure and maxing out since i started this cycle and can feel a slight increase in the size of my left over right side starting again. i figure i'm going to gain mass while on cycle regardless, given my diet stays as good as its been, so i can really use this as an opportunity to bring up any lagging body parts. any advice for this?

other than that everything else is going good. my legs are my strongest feature and they are literally blowing up! i already had pretty thick legs but they are getting strong as hell. i'm beating pr's every day i squat. i'm the guy who's limping because i can't walk out the door of the gym at the end of leg day.
 
damn i think the test is kicking in. my strength kinda leveled off there for a little while from the dbol, but took a big jump today. i hit a new pr on db shoulder presses with no spot (no wo partner or anybody around to spot), and smashed through my previous pr on bb incline tri extensions. its a great feeling to warm up with your previous working weights. i'm feeling real solid and strong right now. it's amazing what you can make yourself do when you don't have a spot. you have no other choice than to put that weight up. the bloat has gone down but not completely eliminated, which is where i want it. i can still see my top 4 abs so thats a good sign with the amount of food i'm consuming-plus the 60mg dbol ed. i'm keeping a workout log while at the gym with my lifts so i'll be posting that at the end of the cycle to give everybody an idea of where i started and ended along with before and after pics. so far so good-i'm loving this cycle right now.
 
tren has too many sides.....i would never touch it personally.....def not for beginers thats fo sho. Stick with test for a few cycles first. EQ or deca would be a safe add.

barbells allow your stronger side to compensate for the weaker side. Use Dumbbells, it will slowly but surely catch up.
 
the thing is i used to do dumbbells up until last winter. i had my wrist straps on, which i will never use again btw, and was holding onto some 80's on an incline bench. i reached failure with my left side and came down with the weight awkward and had to drop it to the side-but it took my arm with it because of the straps. well needless to say that sh1t screwed me up pretty bad. i was out of the gym for a month and a half and still have trouble to this day with my shoulder popping. i'm megadosing cissus right now so i'm not feeling much of it as of late but it was enough to steer me away from db's on bench. i might go back to them soon.

o lordy thats retarded.. sorry to say. sucks, hope it heals or feels better sometime soon man. im plagued with a bad back always no idea if it will ever get fixed or normal
 
yeah i was an idiot with heavier weight back then and thought it helped me hold onto db's better. in reality it makes it even harder to grip and doesn't do anything at all for your grip strength. you live and you learn right.
 
update:
did back today. the lower back pumps were unbearable early on and subsided toward the end of my workout. i had a good workout but had to stop and sit down in between sets just to relieve the pain. i will be adding some taurine and throwing a banana in my preworkout/postworkout shakes to try and help. my workout consisted of mostly rowing motions today and weight was up on every exercise. i also did some rack pulls which probably contributed big time toward the back pumps from hell. i'm really trying to expand the width of my back 'downward' if you know what i mean. oh yea there were a handful of little hotties in the gym today screamin 'go daddy! big muscles daddy!'. not really but i bet they were thinking it LOL
 
off day today. i seem to have hit a wall with the weight gain. the test is doing its thing with my libido and i'm sure size will follow soon, but i think i've gotten everything i'm going to get from the dbol. i've done 40/40/60 so far. could this be possible? i'm beginning to think the dbol was underdosed.

I have the same problem as you fear, my left pec is bigger than my right, and i'm right handed. When your left arm dies out on DB presses, just bring it to your chest and pump out a couple extra with your right. Thats what I do.

alright boys and girls (nycste), i'm pretty confident that the test has kicked in full force. i'm in a GREAT mood all day. well, until i hit the gym, then i turn into a d1ck. not towards other people, just in my head i have a sense of being superior. well, there are a few pussies that i'd like to beat their heads in with my fist while i'm up there, but thats because they are d-bags who think theyre large but aren't. you know the type, curling 100lb bb's with their back and knees instead of their arms, benching 225+ but lwoering the bar only like 5 inches. i doubt they could press 135 if they lowered the bar to their chest lol. enough of my rant.

i'm experiencing a constant increase in strength. its not as explosive as the dbol initially was, but its steadily going up. libido is up. bloat is minimal, even at 60mg dbol ed and the test kicked in, .25 ed of a'dex is working perfect. i have had no sides whatsoever thus far, besides that itchy nip two weeks ago. i haven't experienced any excessive shedding, and i'm not using finasteride, so hopefully it stays that way. weight is starting to go up again. i love me some test boyyyeeeee!
 
Dude i swear the few people at my gym that i cant stand actually make me train harder. It's wierd it's like i almost need little p*ssy b*tches around me to piss me off,thus a better workout. I hate working out when it's all quiet and no energy.....nahh meen

i'm starting to get looks like "sh1t, this guys on something" from those pudwhackers. plus i'm getting people moving out of the way and it seems like everyone asks me if i'm using a bench. i was doing skullcrushers today on an incline and some guy asked me if i was using a bench like ten feet away?? i'm like, "no i'm in the middle of a set man!" theres one kid in particular that walks around with a milk jug full of water. i mean, if you're drinking the water, fine. but you can tell that this guy is doing it because he thinks the 'big guys do it.' tool.

Nice, are you using anything else for hair (nizoral, minox, etc)?

Nizoral I use ON. Fina is not for me...or at least i dont think. (Fina the tren might be for me though... :twisted: )

fina, trenbolone b*ttf*cking acetate, is the sh!t. god makes man, man makes fina, fina makes gods. just make sure you dont have anything lined up for the next couple years because chances of slapping a b!tch (a douchebag guy) in a bar are going to go up substantially.

yea I've browsed through some of the earlier pages in that thread. I have to take an few hour and sift through the whole thing. I haven't worried myself much on MPB or hairloss yet, its not hereditary and I havent been having an issue with it while cycling. I do however believe strongly in prevention so as I continue to cycle more often then I will surely take an interest in learning this stuff up?

Do you have an issue with MPB or are you just using the minox for prevention?
 
i'm stuck at 192-194. i think i am going to up my cals again by 500. any suggestions? something easy and tasty. preferably a morning food.

8 am 2 scoops whey
10 am(pre wo) 2 scoops whey, 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup yogurt, 24oz. milk
12 pm(post wo) same as 10
1 pm 1 cup hamburger meat, 1.5 cups elbow macaroni
3 pm can of tuna
4 pm 2 scoops whey, 2 tblspoons pb, 12 oz. milk
6 pm 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup broccolli
8 pm 2 scoops whey, 2 tblspoons pb, 12 oz. milk
10 pm can of tuna
11 pm 2 scoops whey
12 am 1/2 cup cottage cheese

Ya, I know what you mean. Hey if you are looking to add healthy calories, I would up the pasta. I like Barrilla Plus, It has a low GI and a ton of fiber and is pretty high protein. I like to saute a clove of garlic (finely chopped) in some olive oil and dump it on the pasta with a pinch of salt and add 6 oz. grilled chicken breast... That puts the weight on me like none other! Healthy High Calorie Baby!!!

i get boxes of peanutbutter crackers(the single packs) and eat those all the time..great snack between meals,and sh*t like that.
 
Oh ya and Walnuts... If you don't mind the Blandness of them they have like 24 grams of omega 3's per serving (I believe 1 oz.), and like 240 cals
 
both those are great ideas. i'm just sick of the monotony of clean bulking. gross! i actually guessed at the measurements on the hamburger and pasta but i did was cook 3 lbs of lean ground beef on monday with 1 lb of barilla elbow macaroni and threw half a bag of frozen peas in the meat for some taste (kinda sweet, pretty good). i split that up into 5 containers and eat that everyday for lunch. i think it might be more than a cup of meat and 1.5 cups of pasta.
