I agree with this, either run a workout log, to which you can add pics, etc - many of us log for reasons other than to tell the world about the sups we are using, and let's face it - workouts probably make up more of our logs than notes on the supps do (with the possible exception of your superb PERFORM log), add some humour, jokes, sayings, general chit chat and just don't post as many times a week

I think it will be worth it and you can count me in for ride!!!

I may just do that GWLS!!! Hit a 390 (single) squat last night and felt like I could have done more but my left knee said "think about me bone head"... It was NOT a pretty squat but I am proud non the less.

Looking at a jump into a PH in a few and will need to get the work out / diet in very good shape to get the most out of it.
 
Well as you know in ran trifecta I the past, and I have two Turinbol Muscle Stacks and 4 bottles of Dermacrine LV on their way from the PP sale, so that's two full six week cycles of PH recomp heaven, I'll order a SERM in advance of running just to be sure... But the PP guys reckon the TRS stack will be enough. I will be sure to get ERASE and TCF-1 to run with the TRS, and then only have the SERM as an absolute back up
