I'm going to try not to be mean, as i know you've had alot going on lately and what not.....BUT you guys are the only place i order protein from Laura...and i usually let everything slide such as: lack of confirmation email/tracking #, things of that nature.
This time is different. I placed my order back on something like Dec. 18/19. No comments section, so i had to email you guys to say that if you couldn't get me the package by Dec. 23 to MY HOUSE, i wanted it shipped Dec. 27. I also included a reminder of the current special that applied and what size T-shirt i wanted.
I received an email back from Maura on the 19th saying my order would be shipped by the end of the day. I've been waiting and expecting it.....never happened....you know about my recent bitching in another thread, i sent you my info, hope you got it. i really don't want any free stuff though, i want my PROTEIN!! this is getting ridiculous. anyway, i emailed you guys last night saying i wanted a tracking number.
I received an email back today from someone DIFFERENT, this makes a 3rd person. :blink: Soooo....i tracked the package....sent YESTERDAY!! real nice...:wtf:
so anyway, i'm scheduled to get it on the 10th of January. that will be an approximate 3 week order....I ran out of whey about 5 days ago...now i have 5 or 6 MORE to go w/o any. i get approx. 1/3 my daily protein from whey...and i only eat oats in my protein shakes....needless to say....this is really fuckin me around, and i don't appreciate it.
hopefully you can understand my frustration, and i definately understand your recent inconvenience, but communication is key in times like this, and you guys should be more careful what you are/aren't telling people if it's not the case. i plan on continuing on ordering with you guys, but apparently i should place my 'next' order when i receive one, so that way i will not run out of whey.
