Thanks Hyde.Good work wrapping up with some tough sets! Perfect finish.
Saw a post this morning about the New Year... "New Year, Same Me. You'll find me in the gym."
Seemed appropriate! Starting this year off the same as I would any morning. With a workout.
Finished off Day 4, working sets below:
BB curls, 4 sets
Dips, 4 sets
Push Ups, 4 sets
Nothing fancy, just a good ol' arm pump.
Finished off with a bit of posing to get some starting shots. Also, snagged this weight tree for free the other day!
