I find myself floor press has the bar pretty elevated off my chest. I'll have to take a picture as ROM seems very short on me.
Not going to abandon the movement, just thinking about where/when to use it.
Well, I'd say right now I'm going for a balance of hypertrophy and strength, given I am no longer planning for a PL meet this year. Right now though short term goal is cut to 160# or just a bit below, then slowly build back up. So hybrid goals.

Will look into those programs.
Yeah, it's tough as I always do "well" on interviews, but rejection and being runner up is never a great feeling. But for now, I'll focus on what's ahead of me.
