No problem bud, three of my favorites are as follows....im sure they have a name and a video but I will try to explain them as best I can.Yes, I bought a foam roller a while back and have been religiously using every workout - usually post-WO, but sometimes pre as well depending on how I'm feeling. It's been very helpful on the whole. I should take more time though, as I'm not getting anywhere close to 15 mins. Thanks for the tip!
Get down on the ground in a praying position, lean forward with arms extended as far as possible with face down (almost like when Muslims pray) and hold it.
Lay completely flat on your stomach, legs straight and together, arms in a push up position. Push up with neck back, chin up, and head back as far as possible but keep stomach and legs on the ground
Lay on your back, grab both knees and pull them back your chest and rock back and forth
