If u take 400 mgs of nitrates, you would die from blood pressure being so low that your heart would stop. I'm done bro, just keep thinking what you think man. To each their own. I guess you just don't understand, man
Fixed your post for you since you apparently have zero grammatical skills. For someone so educated you'd think that would come naturally to you
Why do they have nitrate free meats because you can die from to much of them also those ncbi studies were done on fish man
I already told you I'm filling in today for a pharmacist so I'm doing this while counting pills and fill g meds dick
When you take nitrates they don't have to be taken for days before worn off so yes I still think these supps u praise are useless
I sent you 3 nitrate studies on humans, and at least 1 CEE study on humans. Anything else was just gravy. Why do they have nitrate free meats because you can die from to much of them also those ncbi studies were done on fish man
Guess this guy has alot of friends that get butt hurt lol my bad I'll leave it alone
Do u hnderstand how often I work once again I'm a pharmacy tech I work 60 hour weeks min plus school

You type like this every time you're on the forum. Don't make excuses for your lack of grammar skills.
In the end when you can't figure out what's going on to your body what do u do turn to your friends or go on ncbi or go to a ****ing doctor johnny I'll wait bro I'll wait
Which must be why you have no time to bother typing with proper grammar, or more importantly, actually reading the plethora of studies that I referenced.Do u hnderstand how often I work once again I'm a pharmacy tech I work 60 hour weeks min plus school
Why so but hurt, your friend is being debated and you no likey sorry man didn't know you guys had something going
You have said multiple times that the nitrates I am taking about (found in beets and/or OTC supplements) are useless. They are not. Do I have to go back and find all of the times you said so?I can say beets turn nitrate into nitrites in the blood but it isn't nitrate or even a cousin of the elemental family it isn't a nitrate whatsoever show me a study proving me wrong then I'll shut up

These nitrates we're talking to elevate plasma nitrate, lower blood pressure, and provide endurance/performance benefits. What else could you want from nitrates? Apparently this guy compares them to tren...Is the issue really showing the compound elevation in bloods though?
Or is it that supplementation with them leads to ergogenic benefit. Because the latter is firmly evidenced.
And other than you and I, not many care about what goes on the middle lol.

I said useless compared to actually nitrates is all and the evidence is there loom it up Creatine nitrate is in no way a nitrate an looking it up you'll notice there have been no studies providing evidence that it is
All I was trying to say this whole time is there is a big difference from a supplement nitrate and a ex nitrate all Creatine nitrate does is take kno3 and make it no2 that is it no nitrates are involved unless in blood plasma were nitrates already are all the time

CEE is useless...Mono an nitrate the only difference is mono is less water soluble same for ethyl Ester

From the study I know you didn't read.In Study 1 we provided 0.5 g nitrate (CrN-Low) and 1 g (CrN-High)...
yea i swear i have a headache now, i cant believe how many post this went on for lol
Applicants have cost-effectively synthesized Creatine Nitrate by combining nitric acid and Creatine, mixing with water, and leaving to crystallize. Further nitratization can take place, yielding Creatine Dinitrate or Creatine Trinitrate. An alternative implementation may comprise using Nitrous Acid (HNO2) instead of Nitric Acid (HNO3), thus yielding Creatine Nitrite. Creatine Nitrite has the same effects as Creatine Nitrate, the only difference being that it requires one less step to yield Nitric Oxide (NO—). Mixed salts may also be used, such as in the non-limiting example of Creatine Nitrate-Orotate.ni·trate
noun
CHEMISTRY
plural noun:*nitrates
ˈnītrāt/
1.
a salt or ester of nitric acid, containing the anion NO3−*or the group —NO3unless your Creatine somehow has prescribed nitric acid in it it isn't a nitrate I rest my case

You may have consumed too many nitrates.
So do you actually want to have a discussion? Have you read the studies I referenced? The creatine nitrate study does a decent job showing that the benefits observed were not solely the result of creatine, since in addition to a placebo group and 2 doses of CrN, there was a creatine monohydrate group as well. The nitrates did something; in this case, improved training volume and serum nitrate compared to placebo and creatine alone. So now I'm confused everything I read online ncbi and examine ect are all contradicting **** it if it works for you take it
