Searchin... I give up!!!

Glad to have the dark skin back, and overall the forum looks and works good, but how the fart do you search now?!?!? All I can see is the Google search box at the top. I need to get in and look for users and posts, but can't seem to find where to do that at all. AAAAAAHHHH!!!!!
