Two monster mini's were rigged to the top of the power rack. I grabbed opossite sides to form an X, and did Tricep extensions like that. Was great.
Bench is feeling spot on. I'm tight with my setup, thoracic feels great. and with a better controlled descent, my bicep tendons feel good.
