Best thing I have done is to have you guys tear down my form. It's one thing to think your form is good and another to actually see how it looks.
 
I think filming and critical analysis of your lifts is quite important, especially if you compete in various types of competition (olympic, pl, etc). I would add the caveat that you should be careful who you take advice from though. While most of the people whose logs I follow and who are in those logs give solid advice, there are plenty of internet form nazis that will tear down even the tiniest of faults. Or some just don't want to hurt others feelings and say you good to go all the time.

I always appreciate people's feedback when I post vids though, gotten lots of solid feedback from some people on AM before. :)

I agree as well. The nice thing about the PL "group" here is I think we're all pretty honest. There isn't much sycophantic cawk stroking when things are posted; it's 99% good, honest feedback.

Agreed. I try to stay in the little PLing nook of the site, it's a bunch of good, intelligent guys who are about results and hard work. I want to hit my head against a wall when I read the anabolics sections. You guys hit the nail on the head.
 
That and we're all a bunch of good lookin dudes with bellies

Side note: Shoulder feels 10x better. Taking ibuprofen every 8 hours, and spraying Joint Force on my shoulders after I shower and wrapping with Saran Wrap (Patrick Arnold did good with this one)

Meh mines slowly disappearing. I fit in my pants again. Which is good because I have a dress uniform inspection tomorrow and 3 months ago I couldn't button them

Lol I may have a belly soon. I am gonna try to get up to 210(198 today) and see how it fits me when I get there. Then depending how that goes I'll either recomp or get back to 198ish for a December meet.
 
The way I see it, you're not at optimal powerlifting weight until your belly is way out past your pecs, your ass can hold a TV dinner, you have two chins while squatting, and you've gone up at least one shirt size and two pants sizes from where you started.

haha nice..my buddy got discharged from the school 3 weeks out from graduation because he couldn't sleep for a week straight

there's tiny ol me behind the navy there..I have all the cool pics the news never gets

I imagine there were some fingers lost. I contemplated trying to get into one of the tactical law enforcement teams but they're uw on DDGs for 280 days a year...**** that stuff, I'll stick with my fun boats

ddg's can be a rough ride dude. i've got pics of one w 40 ft waves breaking over her bow. on the way back from beirut, we took a right and went up into the north sea. caught a hurricane when we were dicking around up there. some really wild pics.

we were deployed 7 months and lost 9 guys - 2 pilots...

Cambered Bar Ab Rollouts

Good day. Lightweight, good work capacity (it's been lacking lately) and I just felt refreshed. Big ol pump. Rows were done without wrist straps, competition bench grip, squeeze the crap out of it. Read some article I can't find now on EFS on squeezing the bar with your hands for a big bench, using your lats for a big back. So, I did that.

Since the messed up shoulder Tuesday, I've been doing an assload of band work (pullaparts, Y's, 3D's, over/backs) every night and then wrapping my shoulders in Joint Force soaked Saran Wrap.

I did some pullaparts with the orange band randomly throughout the workout in place of the Facepulls. But yes! I took that advice when ya first gave it to me.

Drink up! I'm on duty here till Monday morning..

I'm kind of bumming, one of my wife's friends husband is coming over. Me and this dude have zero in common.
