Maybe we should of used the chemical names but then most would have to look them up anyway, and many would not even bother. We cannot make people do research.

Sure I agree but what about the other 99.5% of people that you are not reaching ? A very small percentage of supp users frequent these boards so flaming away on any product only gets so far and at the end of the day, the product(s) still sell so whats the point ? a better use of time would be a good start IMO.

no one has ever come here trying to serve me papers on your behalf

and if you are going to try to sue me for badmouthing me on boards then it is inevitable that the boards themselves will be involved in the lawsuit.

BTW, i have dozens of posts saved by your friend and representative Dr. D that are clearly slanderous so don't think you will get anywhere

why don't you just grow a pair like everyone else and deal with me. If there are problems with the things i say then mods can handle it.
 
And yet, somehow when a new "controversial" report comes out in a big long thread, that ingredient just happens to be the main or secondary ingredient to a new product being released by the competition. Funny how things work like that...just rehashing old arguments in order to stir up the pot.

Sometimes, in the matter of guilt, it is not those who commit the crime directly who are the most involved, but those who bought the matches and gasoline in the first place. Precedent has been set in rulings of mob mentality before, and are still used in cases today.

I urge everyone to watch what bandwagon they jump on. Those that appear to be on fire might just be the ones you land on.

this post is illogical. It also presupposes that everything i do here has a business purpose when in fact it does not

Okay, I am sure those will come in handy for you. BTW Dr.D is his own company and contractor. But our legal team did download every post registered to my name. They don't see any issues and I am too vested in this. Hell, they took it on a contingency. Take the service. Or don't. Default judgment will be nice.

nobody is ONLY promoting.. people are providing information to those who come onto the forums to look for information... so look at it like this, people on the boards are here for a reason, the rest of the consumer world reads the back of the box and assumes thats all they need to know.

what a scandal. the ingredients i tend to talk about are either ones i sell myself or ones in competitors products. how devious

Perhaps the timing of your "analyses" are improper when viewed by those you tend to flame - apparent inadvertancy or not. If someone is about to release a product containing 25R-trioxy-metho-crapanol, then I'm sure there'll be a handy informational post about the negative side effects of it up shortly before release.

Alright, I'm tired of this negativity. I'm saying it's time for that cocoa meeting. We can use my car, but since we're all so far apart, we'll have to take turns driving. Who wants to sign up first?

Now I will get you the update on the other since I am a nice guy. :) The legal team said I should bring this up a few times online, so they can save the pages/responses. So, sorry to everyone else. Just trying to handle my biz, and move on with life. I never wanted to be here (suing anyone) in the first place. Yet as a company you can only tolerate so much abuse.

I guess AX is suing Giant over the use of 3-AD on one of Giant's products. I think AX should have sent a PM of that rather than posting it, but oh well.

And for filing an trademark app when you know about another 3-AD that is being heavily marketed nationally.

Here is an interesting fun fact. Its fraudulant to file a trademark app and not comment about other existing companies using said name IF you DO in fact know about other companies using the mark. Thats where you have to love the power of the 3rd party verified forum screen shot :) My favorite one is where pat in April was talking about how much marketing we put behind our 3-AD.

I am brining it up online because our legal team (defamation) was in the office at that exact min and told me to. I brought her in and said........here is Pat right here. Then we both laughed :)
