Day 42:
got about one week left, maybe will add a few days at the end depending on how things are going. ive got enough epi for an additional 4 days making total cycle 53 days.
yesterday i bumped up to 95, got some headaches yesterday, but i think it was dehydration. today no problems at all. Hit heavy upper body today. i was in beast mode. destroyed some pr's. got a lot of looks in the gym today. some gay trainer asked me not to break the weights, told her to stay away from me while i was working out. shoulder, arm, chest and lat veins starting to become extremely prominent.
incline bb: 245 x 5, 265 x 5, 285 x 5 *PR (ive added 30 pounds to my previous incline bb pr this cycle, also note i started the cycle at 225 on incline bb since i had not done it heavy in awhile)
rack pulls: 315 x 5, 365 x 5, 405 x 5 (PR, yes ironically my dead lift is stronger than my rack pulls)
weighted dips, extra low: 0 x 6, 50 x 10, 75 x 7, 7, 0 x 7
pull ups wide grip and hold: 10, 10, 10 (my lats felt like they were going to break, in a good way)
db shoulder press: 50s x 10, 10, 10
super wide grip bb rows: 95 x 10, 115 x 10, 10 *PR
shrugs: 225 x 10, 8, 8
cable shrugs: 200 x 6, 8
wrist curls and rv wrist curls ss: 45 x 12, 12, 12, 12
incline db curls: 35 x 10, 8, 7
pushdowns: 150 x 10, 170 x 7, 8 *PR
