SD/Bold/Epi/Androhard

Weight holding at 187ish. I will be taking the next 4 days off due to going snow boarding so i had to hit it extra hard today. Chest felt like it was going to explode, has some bishes mirin my pecs. shoulder veins are starting to look indicative of a roid user

Please tell me you looked at them disgustingly, slapped them across the face, and muttered "Women are such pigs" as you walked away......

Day 18:

got back from the plane flight and went to the gym. I was pretty tired, but felt good after 4 days off from lifting. I look really vascular and lean, but at the same time i feel really bloated in my stomach. I can flex and have a 6 pack but when not flexed it seems to stick out, which i dont particularly like.

Weight: holding steady at 187.2 which is impressive after having a crummy diet the past 4 days while snowboarding and likely eating well below maintenace on those days

incline db: 100s x 8, 7, 10

Day 19:

workout started off very nice. Had good strength, pumps and vascularity is realy starting to show. Back pumps were terrible after squats, also my right knee started to lock up towards the end of the workout so i cut it short. it feels fine now though so no worries.

Things seem to be getting back on path after the trip. As for the knee, I would still consider icing it. On cycle injuries happen way to easily, even if it feels fine, a bit of precaution isn't a bad thing.
 
Forgot to mention i dropped sd, it was just bloating my stomach too much. it blew me up everywhere else but the point of the cycle was to recomp so i dropped it. also either i dont respond to epi at low doses or epi sucks, either way i bumped it from 45 to 70, and this is day two of 70. I also added in erase to help my bloat drop and enhance recomp effects. If i do not feel anything from epi by next wednesday i will bump up to 85 and then possibly to 100 from there. I just dont want to be left with extra pills of a compound i may not even respond to. One thing to note is that lethargy is gone after upping the epi dose and back and calf pumps are very prominent
 
Day 22:

im down 3 pounds, but i think thats just the bloat goign away from sd. i appear much leaner. epi at 70 mgs seems to be better than 45, but still nothing great. if i dont get much more by next wednesday ill go up to 85-100. right now i am noticeing leaning out, retarded vascularity, less lethargy, minor strength gains, and ok pumps, nothing too special.

Not a lot of interest here, but I will keep it going. Today is day 27.

Updates: bold still at 600, androhard at 6 pills, epi at 70 mgs, tudcay 500 mgs, 2 liv 52s a day, 75 mgs of erase a day

Sides: acne, stimulated feeling, libido is ridiculous at some times, normal at others, some minor back pumps

The good: i am leaning out very nicely, vascularity is awesome, i look like a roid user, endurance and recovery between sets if very fast, muscles look very defined and pop even wihtout flexing, no more bloat

the bad: minor back pumps and acne, having to use such a high dose of epi to feel anything, weird pumps (they are huge at first, then kind of just go away), i dont feel pumped all day, but i look pumped all day, kinda odd, but whatever, massive appetite (im trying to recomp, eating about 2500-3000 cals depending on day, if i was using this to bulk i could easily be putting down 4000 cals with this appetite)

Going forward: Will bump epi to 85 tonight. Will bump bold to 800 on Sunday. Also starting a variation of PHAT training on friday
 
Sounds like a pretty solid combination, sorry you are either not responding awesome to the epi, or you got under-dosed stuff.
 
How are your mass and strength gains so far


I am more or less trying to recomp, so ive been eating 250-300 under maintenance each day. So far I have still gained 5-6 pounds.

Strength is the last thing im concerned with, but regardless it has still increased quite nicely at these higher doses.

I wish i had taken before pictures, im 5 pounds heavier than I was when i started this cycle yet leaner than ive ever been before

currently I am taking 5 pills a day of an epi clone called epivar along with one cap of havoc. the epivar claims to be dosed at 18, although its likely more around 10, so theoretically i could be dosing anywhere from 60 to 100 mgs a day. 100 seems ridiculously high to still not feel much so im guessing epivar is badly underdosed.

Anyway the last 9 days of my cycle i saved enough havoc to where i can run the havoc at 70 mgs a day + have enough epivar for 3 pills of those a day so i will continue to try to push the dose somewhat. Only real sides are some bacne which is because I have been lazy and not showering after workouts

Sounds like a successful recomp thus far, based on the 5lbs and leaner. BTW, take a shower.

yeah i just got slack and would take one later in the day instead of after working out.

Ive been taking like 3 a day lately, morning, post workout and in the evening and the bacne is getting a lot better. Today will be my first workout at 85 so ill update how that goes later today
 
Day 29:

First day of PHAT variation and first workout at 85 mgs of epi. Wow is all I can say. I could have lifted forever it felt like. The pumps just kept getting bigger, veins kept bulging, muscles didnt stop expanding. Sweated like crazy for the first time on cycle. Strength increase was noticeable. In the zone feeling, but also felt really euphoric and nice. I never talk to people in the gym but I actually helped people with lifts today, weird. Any i absolutely destroyed the weights today, and this was after only 6 hours of sleep so i felt exhausted upon waking. After lifting I played tennis for 90 minutes and still felt like a beast. Another thing though that ticked me off is weight is at 182, kind of annoyed at that but whatever. During my workouts I have decided to focus more on contractions rather than weight, but I will still go heavy on some exercises, I am just prioritizing form/technique

Well I am slowly dropping weight, which is to be expected since i dropped cals, but the recomp effect is incredible. I look much leaner than i have before but much more full and vascular as well. Strength is also going up and my recovery between sens is excellent. Pumps were painful today, could barely even lift my arms. Today was day 3 of PHAT, hypertrophy and speed shoulders/back

military: 95 x 12, 115 x 12, 145 x 12 (i never go heavy on these, dont want another should injury but 145 felt like a joke, i felt like i coulda done 275 for reps again like i did before i had shoulder surgery)

Day 34: Hypertrophy chest and arms

Im not gonna list todays workout because it was all hypertrophy and speed work so no pr's but I will say my strength and endurance for higher reps was retarded. I would get 4-8 more reps than where i would usually get tired. My muscles feel like they expanded at least an inch everywehre. My arms and shoulders looked like they were baloons w. ith straited wire running through them. Something awesome is going on. I constnatly feel in the zone, confidence and libido are up. Pumps are uncomfortable but amazing and vascularity is off the charts. girl friend is a nurse and she has always liked my forearm veins but she has been obsessed lately. I did core at the end of the workout and actually got an ab pump so bad that i cramped and had to quickly do some cobra stretches to be able to move again, ive never had ab pumps before. Also weight is creeping back up to 184 even though ive been eating at 250 under maintenance.
 
Day 36: Wow

Everything is def in full effect. Strength through the roof, hit some big time pr's. Vascularity is awesome and pumps hurt. Got multiple compliments at the gym today.

Workout went well today. Weight is feeling very light, endurance is up, vascularity is still ridiculous, i have quad and calf veins for the first time ever. Bold is making my appetite massive. I can eat every hour a full meal if i wanted to. Yesterday was cheat day and id gotten in my normal 6 meals before even dinnertime. I probably put down between 8-9000 cals yesterday and was still hungry lulz.

Day 42:

got about one week left, maybe will add a few days at the end depending on how things are going. ive got enough epi for an additional 4 days making total cycle 53 days.

yesterday i bumped up to 95, got some headaches yesterday, but i think it was dehydration. today no problems at all. Hit heavy upper body today. i was in beast mode. destroyed some pr's. got a lot of looks in the gym today. some gay trainer asked me not to break the weights, told her to stay away from me while i was working out. shoulder, arm, chest and lat veins starting to become extremely prominent.

incline bb: 245 x 5, 265 x 5, 285 x 5 *PR (ive added 30 pounds to my previous incline bb pr this cycle, also note i started the cycle at 225 on incline bb since i had not done it heavy in awhile)

i wasnt really expecting these kind of strength gains this cycle, but i def cant complain. i can only imagine how good they would be if i was eating at 500 cals over maintenance as opposed to 250-300 under. epi is a great compound, but if run it again im going with the raw powder because running 90-100 a day for 7 weeks is really expensive, with the raw powder i could run 100 for 50 days for less than 70 bucks!

Feel SD measuring should be accurate, and I have a decent amount of Superdrone left in my bottle (a buddy used a portion of it for a cycle), but SD really isn't in the cards for me.

yeah no sd for me, atleast not until im 8% and looking for a quick lean bulk.

i will prob pick up some of the epi and hdrol powder for the future. i wish they would get a bulk stano powder
 
Day 49:

I have one more day to go after this. This week i bumped up to 100 and then 105 for the past 4 days. Today I bumped to 115 and wow!!!! i realize this is a pretty ridiculously high dose and i would not recommend going this high unless towards the very end of the cycle, but geez i felt like an animal today. confidence through the roof and absurd tunnel vision in the gym today. i kind of felt like i was in a rage but euphoric at the same time. weights felt like nothing. i hit pr's on basically every single lift today, had new veins id never seen before poppin out. best part is i went to my ymca gym since i hadnt been there in awhile, i wanted to see the expressions on some of the punk trainers faces that hadnt seen me in a month. i got asked by atleast 5 different people what i was on. tomorrow is the last day of the cycle and it will be heavy legs, i will bump to 120 to finish all my pills.

btw weight is 180. so basically weight has stayed the same all cycle but ive added 30 pounds to my bench and dropped 2% body fat while eating at 250 cals under maintenance. I will get up pics around the end of the second week of pct when the anabolics have fully worn off
 
Day 50:

last day of the cycle. just took my final dose of epi a few mins ago, its kinda sad really but its been a very successful cycle. had a beer at dinner to celebrate a good run.

hit legs really hard today. lately ive been doing squats at the end of the workout so i can use less weight, i realy dont like going over 315 because it just bothers my knees, but today i blew my previous rep amount of 315 away.

ill hit shoulders and back tomorow early in the morning to get one more good workout while the anabolics are still in my system then take the next day or few days off.

leg extension: 170 x 10, 190 x 10 *PR, 210 x 10 *PR

leg curl: 135 x 10, 150 x 8, 150 x 8 *PR

So days 1 and 2 of pct have gone fairly well in the weight room. I began taking craze and some nitrates pre workout to keep the pumps and intensity up. the only two workouts ive hit so far on pct are the hypertrophy days for back/shoulders and legs, but ive actually set multiple pr's on both days. dont really feel shut down yet but my pct is pretty heavy. gonna to hypertrophy chest/arms tomorrow then take two days off and just rest and sleep alot those days so i can hit it hard the rest of pct and maintain those gains.

This week i will bump cals up by 250 a day which will put me back at maintenance. that should make this week go more smoothly then assuming things feel fine ill go back to a deficit the following week. will do one more week of phat after this to see how strength is and then change up my workout a little bit to do more heavy compound moves and a little less volume for a few weeks.

Thanks man. it does seem like a ridiculous dose lol but only blood work will tell, im def not recommending others try this. the way i looked at it is if im gonna take something thats bad for me i wanna atleast take enough to see some results. i didnt get any noticeable side effects yet so hopefully everything will turn out well. also compare 7 weeks of high dose epi with like 9 straight months of dbol use by some pro's, lol id say mines a little bit more on the mild side

Thanks man. blood work will come 19 days after discontinuing my nolva. do you think this is sufficient time to get a fairly accurate reading? i just dont want to do it too close to the nolva and get a false high test and lh level
 
PCT Day 6: WTF!!!

ok so days 1-3 of pct i worked out, felt phenomenal, still hit pr's on everything and body weight was holding at 180.

So today i weigh in at 176, i assume its all glycogen. I do look a tad smaller, but i look more defined and just as vascular so its not that bad. Now heres the weird thing, im 4 pounds lighter but i still hit pr's on basically everything today on heavy day. I feel solid, libido is there, very alpha feeling during the day, sleep is a little off, but it just pisses me off that i lost 4 pounds that quick even when i bumped cals up, but i mean strength is def not down so i guess i only lost water so no big deal.

rack pulls: 365 x 5, 5, 405 x 5 (did this as my last exercise of the day too and i still icnreased over last week)

Give yourself a bit of a "refeed" style meal, and get heavy on the carbs. My bet is you will see the scale weight balance back out.

The constant PRs are definitely a good sign.

on friday i weighted in at 175, still hit prs though. so i decided to make friday an epic cheat day, def well over 600 carbs and 5000 cals. saturday i still only weighed 177.2. ill check weight again tomorrow but i by no means feel week or shut down, i feel pretty decent. i think im more vascular off cycle than i was on

I was usually the same way. id lose fat on cycle, but it wouldnt actually show on the scale untill the anabolics wore off(bc of minor bloat). I wouldnt be so worried bout ur weight or bf. focus more on how u look, not what the scale says.

What time of day you weigh yourself, how hydrated you are, and how recently you ate a meal (etc)- all affect what the scale tells ya.
I used to get all hung up on what the scale tells me my bf % is, constantly checkin' it throughout the day. but alot of factors affect the accuracy, so i don't rely on the scale as much nowadays.
With all that epi, the weight u lost during your cycle was likely "pure bf". Loss of bf+ significant strength gains=successful cycle.
 
did the epi hurt your joints more as you increased the dose?? increasing fish/flax with epi used to help me counteract that. But like i said, never dosed very high on epi (just tren)

Thanks for the input. im not really overly concerned wiht the weight on the scale since my strength is def still increasing. i look better than on cycle too so all is good, is just surprised me that i dropped 5 pounds that quick while upping cals. I workout at about 1030 every morning after 1 meal and weigh myself right before my protein shake.

epi did not dry my joints at all, i never felt any excessive stiffness or anything. that being said i refused to push myself over 315 on bench, 405 on deadlifts/rackpulls and 315 on squats. normally when i get above these my knees and shoulders get achy anyway so i tried to be somewaht smart on ccyle and just pump out extra reps on squats and deads
