My Cycle

week 1-3 - Superdrol
week 1-3 - VPX 1-test cyp
week 4-7 - Nolva 40/30/20

On cycle
-Coq10 - 200 mg (for blood pressure support)
-NAC - (liver)
-Milk Thistle (Liver)
-Beta Sitosterol (cholesterol support)
-Fish Oil - 6-10g a day
-250-350g of protein
- 3500-4500 calories a day

* I might throw some RYR and Garlic in there
* Also I have a bottle of finigenx I was thinking about adding


Off Cycle
- Nolva...(or novedex...what is your guy's opinion on this?)
- Pretty much all the same supps above...

My Stats
-I weigh about 183-184, im hoping I cant put on 12-15 lbs
and also how was superdrol for strength...how much did you bench,
squat and deadlift go up?

The cypionate ester will keep you supressed for a number of days after your last shot (12?) and with a long ester injectable its really a good idea to go longer than 3 weeks..

Im not sure what your supply is like, being post ban era, But i highly recommend somthing like this..

Weeks 1-6 1Test
Weeks 7-10PCT (if you can get nolvadex, use it)
 
yea i cant get my hands on any more 1-test cyp, so i
figured I might as well use it...but I started today, took 10mg of
SD this morning and im about to go take my 1-test. Should I take
the 1-test and SD at the same time?
 
Mostly glycogen and water in the early stages... think it was for ever 1gm Glycogen you store 2.7gm of water...
 
For me with Superdrol and 19-Nor (~5 week cycle) stength was insane. About 50-60lb increase on bench.
 
yea i ended about a week ago, i was just under 198 finishing up,
my bench went from 205x4 to 205x11 and i think i get a slight case
of psuedo gyno, and i was taking novla and fenugreek for pct and for the first
week i had a very very small amount of liquid come out of my nipple, im 100%
positive this is from the fenugreek, i have since stopped the lactation has gone away
but all in all superdrol lives up to its name

You were using 1test cyp right? did you wait for the ester to clear before you started PCT?
 
yea i was using it for about a week and a half, i only had a small
21 serving bottle, so i mean it was really useless

Impossible. And if it true,
believe it's all water.

I took sd at 45 mg a day and I only gained 5 lbs in the first week.

So either you're a freak, or sd doesn't work for me LOL
