Thickness problem seems to have went away. Started shaking by turning upside down and hitting against palm for a bit then shaking normal

I wear a weighted vest every time I run too. Only, it's inside of my skin, not outside.

Anything that gets on your hands won't be absorbed so well, so the bag helps spread it without the worry of wasting too much product. I just use Germ-X as I got a big bottle cheap. They are all pretty much the same I believe. It's the alcohol content you're looking for, but DSade pointed out in another thread NOT to use TOO much hand sanitizer, as you want it to be absorbed slowly so that it stays localized and doesn't pass the dermal barrier too quickly before getting absorbed into the skin, which would make it more systemic and less localized at that point.

DSade also suggested I may be applying too much because he doesn't have that goopy experience, so maybe I need to back off a little.
In this case it's the opposite. We want transit through all of the dermal layers as quickly as possible in order to avoid capillaries from picking it up and sending it systemic. You can add a little alcohol and/or a little water, and you can also heat it up in the microwave for a few seconds.

Last game of touch rugby was last night so got a nice but of cardio done. And a 20 min run this morning.

So I have also started running my bottle under hit water before shaking as I have seen in other logs and it does seems to help with the thickness and makes it easier to apply

While running it under hot water, I also bang the bottom corner against the bottom of the sink as I rotate the bottle.

I think that helps get goop unstuck from the wall.

And once the liquid has warmed up, I shake it some while still under the running water.

Then I shake it one last time (several shakes) once it's out of the water.

So put on my last little bit of Supernova on yesterday before rugby practice. I have really enjoyed this product. I could really tell the different in increased body heat in the areas that I applied the product to and also increased sweating in the same areas. Bro science has always preached no such thing as localized fat loss but this product straight up tells that bro science to fu@k off. And does just that.

Will do. And you are already lean so the results you will get will be even more noticeable
Thanks!

The problem is always to lose the stubborn areas I have to drop too much the calories and end up losing too much muscle...
