dont worry about taking some time off, it's always good for recovery. Too many times we push it too hard, it is difficult to stay away from the gym. Maybe take it easy tomorrow and get some quality reps with great form, dont push it til your back is feeling good.
That's just what I had planned to do.. Lower wieght and slower movements those two together make for a good workout while going lighter.
