No u definitely won't, and adding a little T3 u can drop the fat u put on cycle. It really made me think cuz although using anabolics will require more energy from the body, T3 levels r negatively impacted.
 
And t3 is a metabolic accelerator. Thus if your in an anabolic state guess what? The correct dose can accelerate it. Forgot where I read that but it was scientific if I recall correctly

I weigh 244 I want to drop fat now. Been on cycle for about a month. Will continue to use NPP but drop to 350mgs a week. Keep test at 750 and use Winnie at 50mgs

I want to shed I wanna come out at 225 LEAN with a clear six pack and cuts meaning I need to drop about 20lba of fat. I figure I can do this in about 10-12 weeks.

Just out of curiosity how do you go from bulking to cutting nutrition wise?? Just cut cals straight up or taper them down???
 
I hear ya man. I bulk super easy but cutting is hard as hell for me.
 
When on anabolics I usuAlly just cut them immediately- the steroids keep from loosing muscle

When not on steroids over the course of a couple weeks i taper

Cool cool I was just curious as I normally drop to maintenance for a few weeks then taper down but haven't gone from bulking to cutting whilst on cycle.
 
Sorry been a ficking insane week at work and summer school is crazy too.

So I have transitioned into the cut phase- calories are at 2500 but I'm bumping to 2700 no cardio yet- I begin HIIT training day after tomorrow Nd I will also incorporate long distance runs on my off days

Adding in more veggies

Diet consist of eggs whey chicken olive oils, apple juice and skim milk- that's it seriously day in and day out- adding greens for vitamins

Calves afterwords

As you can see I have taken my weight down- I am no longer trying to grow- 245 is big I need to shape what I have and drop body fat- thus I have lowered weight focousing more on form and repetition than raw numbers

I will still tend to go heavy on compound movements as these burn a lot of calories
 
Today is an off day doing HIIT for 12 minutes

Each sprint is 20 seconds

Cool down 40 seconds

Repeat


I will incorporate long distance next week HIIT is going to build up my endurance

Adding an AI in- not because I have estrogen sides (was on dbol mop and test and NEVR had a problem) but because estrogen promotes fat gain and stalls fat loss.

I will be adding t3 in in 2 weeks time at 60mcgs a day

Diet is still a clean 2500-2700 calories

Though today since its an off day it will be around 2300
 
Great plan bro, yeah adding an AI for that reason makes sense and the T3 is a great addition. Do u think you'll have to increase calories?
 
No I doubt it. I will be on anabolics so I'm not worried about it- although if it comes to it I will up calories to 3000 and continue training but in the past I have not had to.

Hammer strength chest press
2 plates each side
X8 dropset to one plate x8 repeat for 3 sets total

Incline hammer strength
One plate and a quarter each side
X8 dropset to one plate x8 repeat 3 sets

Decline cable flys
60x8 dropset to 40x8 repeat for 3 sets
That's 18 sets for chest

Biceps

Bicep curls
100lbs x8 drop set to 60lbs x8 repeat for 3 sets

Hammer dumbbell curls 35x8 dropset to 25 x8 for 3 sets

Concentration curls
25lbs x8 for 3 sets


Coming back to do 30 minutes cardio today

Diet has been at 2500 calories today

Nandrolone dropped to 300mg a week
Adding in dimethazine never tried it but want to over epistane for this cut portion

Winstrol is at 25 mgs eod for SHBG

Shbg disables some of the hormones in the body since there are high levels of them it tries to bind to them this making them unusable.


Winstrol binds shbg so it cannot do that thus allowing more free hormone in the body

Was shakin an quakin for about 8 hours sweating out of my feet and hands like nuts


Focused on the teardrop in the leg, didn't do squats as my back is still recovering from dead lifts yesterday.

Shoulders where in there too.

I went ahead and decided on keto. Nothing absolutely nothing has shredded me like keto and well, I guess it's time I get back to it

I think I ate 16 eggs today lol yuh


Went and did cardio later this evening burnt 300cals


Girlfriend has been in Israel for about 2 weeks she will be back Thursday so it's time for some high intensity cardio

Today was an off day did cardio bunt 335 calories over a 30minute span
Dosed 50mcg t3

Tomorrow is chest biceps and abs

Don't expect an update for a couple says after that as wifey is going to be back and haven't seen her in 3 weeks

NPP and deca are the same compound

Howeve in my personal experience NPP works differently than deca for me. Why? I cannot come up with a scientific explanation I just know I have used both and one works differently than the other.

Deca made me bloat worse than any other steroid I mean I looked like the Michelin man. I got big sure but deca dick and bloat made it not worth it at all.

NPP- packs the same amount of mass on me with MUCH less bloat and for some reason I do not get deca dick from it.

NPP sounds like some great stuff. I would love to run tren, NPP etc but I HATE clomid. I get migranes that leave me useless. I don't think I will ever use it again. Are you running caber too?

I would never use deca for a bulk, it'd have to b NPP fur sure.

Still alive been going through a break up but I'm back on the upswing. Trimming down still using soley test right now at 700mgs a week. Fat loss is good. No need for me to add in anything else right now

Hit is hard. real hard if youre just on test. but not too hard. if you had another compound in the mix known for its recovery such as anavar, nandrolone, or tren, then i would say kill it. but don't kill it this cycle. just hit it hard. and always keep in mind that your CNS (central nervous system) needs a break too. people forget that sometimes. and no matter how anabolic you are, your CNS will always struggle to keep up. yuh.
Ha. Love the dead lift shake. When you got so much weight on your cns doesn't know what the f is going on and u shake like u stuck ur finger in a light socket.
 
Cardio is a must and always will be for my body type I build mass easy as butter but gain fatveasily too.

I'm up to 236.5

Will be 240 by the end of next week cardio starting tomorrow

Wifey will be back in town tomorrow so some extra cardio there

Same here. Even if I'm in a calorie deficit I can burn stored fat energy and see strength and muscle gains. Calorie deficit makes me more fatigued in workouts, but doesn't affect strength gains.

The negative is its very hard to find a balance to try to stay lean and keep up energy. I've never been able to blast calories to see what type of gains I could achieve in a bulk. I could take a more methodical approach I guess to find the balance but I haven't.

Im jealous of the genetic freaks I know that can eat McDonald's day in and day out yet still have coconut shoulders and a six pack. Those guys are few and far between though. Most guys who can do that usually have the genetics to be pro athletes. There are a lot of articles out there about what a freak Julius peppers is athletically and how he basically only eats Oreos, potatoe chips and eats only out of vending machines.

Not me. I gotta work for it. Always had to.
