So will the Npp cause some bloat too? Cuz I read it's good for a cut like testp/mastp/Npp for a short cycle. 8 weeks

It causes a little bloat but most of the bloat is from the dianabol npp combined with masteron was my favorite cycle ever masteron will keep you dry

Some bloat yeah, u can still use it for a cut, but i'd use it for a lean bulk instead.

Lethargy is coming on as well as decreased appitite its the dbol doing this sucks I got two more weeks of it

Adding postworkout cardio in to help with stalling fat gain

Also extending cycle 4 weeks

8 week bulk 8 week LIGHT LIGHT. Cut just basically enough to cut any fat I may have gained bulking

Sounds like a good plan to keep your bf the same, I would do the same.
 
I like the news of extending the cycle. I also think that cardio is going to get you where you need to be! Once i started doing the extra cardio and abs EVERY day is when I started getting the results I wanted. Kill it bro!

Same here that cardio makes a hell of a difference, u can't go wrong with it.

Cardio is a must and always will be for my body type I build mass easy as butter but gain fatveasily too.

I'm up to 236.5

Will be 240 by the end of next week cardio starting tomorrow

Wifey will be back in town tomorrow so some extra cardio there

Sorry for the lack of updates guys, my girlfriend bought me tickets last minute to California to meet her family, so I have been with them- things are going fine on the bulk, weight is up to 237.65 which is almost a 13lb increase- I know a lot is water and glycogen but I'm guessing 2-3 lbs is muscle

dianabol is dropped in three days- NPP should be in full swing along with test cup- so the next 7.5 weeks are a bulk, and the last 8 are a trim down.


not lifting right now, took about 4 days off while with her family- eating and growing

2 days ago was chest was throwing 275 on bench press around nicely

Yesterday was back lemme see if I can remember went about like this


Barbell rows 205 x8x8x8 dropset to 135 x10
China bwx8x8x8
Lateral pull downs 220x8x8x8 dropset to 190x8
Close Grip rows 175 d8x8 x8 dropset to 125 x6

Shoulders
Read felt dumbbell flys 20x8x8x8 drop to 15 x8
Lateral dumbbell raises 30lbs x8x8x6 dropset to 20x8
Military press machine 190x8x8x8 drop to 145x6
Rear delt fly machine 80x8x8x8

Yuh that right weight is at 237 as of yesterday which is +13 lbs probably be up a bit as I took today off to go buy a car and just ate a ****load
Abs are very blurry but still visible. That's ok 6 more weeks of mass building then I will have 8 to trim down on the fat while maintaining muscle gained

Leg extensions 235x 8 dropset to 185 x12

255x8 dropset to 205x8

Hamstring curls 135 x8 dropset to 105 x8 x3 sets

Biceps curis 90x8 dropset to 70 x8 repeat 3 times

Concentration curls 25x8 dropset to 15 x 8 repeat 3x


Hammer curls 30lbs to failure

Wait is at 241.75 yuh
 
Yesterday's chest workout

Reverse grip bench press
205x10 drop to 150x8
215x8 drop to 165x8
225x8 drop to 175x6

Dumb bell press 95lbsx8x8x7

Decline hammer strength 225x8x8x8 drop set to 200x6

Fly machine 3 sets of 8 at 165lbs

That's 16 sets for chest alone NUKED IT


Triceps can't really remember but nothing spectacular lots of drop sets

This is me @ 241 lbs I'm wondering if I should keep going for about 2-3 more weeks and begin the 10week cut portion. What do you guys think?

I say cut after 2-3 more weeks, you'll still gain like 5-10 pounds in that time frame, then u cut for 10 weeks and shred up hard.
 
That's what I will do. It's been 3.5 weeks and I have gained 17lbs. I think in 2-3 weeks I will hit 23-25 lbs total gained with about 12 being muscle(I started cycle coming off a long cut so some of the rapid weight gain is due to that.) my transition to the cut will look like this

Week 1 drop carbs from 300 to 200
Drop fat from 130 to 110
Add cardio in 3x a week

Week 2 drop carbs from 200 to 100
Drop fats to 100
Keep protein at 350
This gives me 2500 calories
Add cardio in 5x a week

Carbs will be SIMPLE ONLY no more grains I have used paleo in the past with good results. Keto was good too but to difficult for me to stick to and you get all flat due to almost no glycogen

So in 14 days I will begin the trim. My ultimate goal is 215-220 @10% I feel as if I'm at about 16-17 now. Maybe less abs are slightly visible first thing on the morning when I flex
Did some calculations if I cut at 245 and want to drop to 10 percent I need to cut 24 lbs of fat roughly. If I drop 2 lbs of fat a week that gives me 12 weeks to shred I can do this

I tried something new instead of counting reps I timed my sets
A king sure each set lasted 45 seconds. This really got my back on fire loved the workout

2/0/4 was the time for each rep 2 seconfs being positive 0 being no pause at the peak of positive and 4 seconds on the negative

Close grip rows
150x45 seconds d3 sets last set dropset to 125x45 seconds

Tbar Rows

2 plates x45 seconds x3 sets last set dropset to 1plate x45 seconds

Close grip pull downs

175x45 seconds x3 sets no dropset

Hammer strength rows 2 plates and a quarter on each side
3 sets x45 seconds each

Shoulders the same principle was applied


Took today off and just ate a fockload. Tomorrow I'm hoping to weigh in at 242-243lbs

how did i miss a log this epic. guess i'm late. i'll be running similar pretty soon. test enan, deca, and dbols, and i've got a handful of anadrols i'll mix in just for farts and smiles. seeing your results i fear for my joints and tendons. your straight beasting it bro. seeing this is making me wanna get on sooner than initially planned.

Its possible when u really put down the food. I'm gonna have a huge lean bulk cycle in january eating slightly over maintenance, I love being lean too much lol.

My maintenance is about 2800. I was thinking 3500 should be sufficient for a solid lean bulk. Since ill be using quite the anabolic ****tail id imagine very little fat gain at that. Im not as schooled on diet as you, but that seems sufficient right?

Yeah that'll b good, u shouldn't put on much fat being so anabolic. Pyrobatt's thread about T3 had some really good points, may use 25mcgs the last 4-6 weeks of my cycle.
