Anyways I did legs ss with arms today it was nothing special other than squatting for a couple extra sets with tight form. I really need to develop some new exercises for ALL body parts as I go Into this next cycle
 
Ok so school has started which means I'm going to slow down on logging due to homework but all is going well I will update 3x a week my next cycle is less than a month out so stoked

I'm at 12 percent my goal is 10 but I'm a month out from my cycle I will get to 11 then recomp prolly down to 9.5

today was back superset with shoulders

Deadlifts 375x8 x6 x6 military press 190x8x8x8

Barbell rows super set with lateral raises
185x8x8x6 lateral raises 3 sets of 8

Close grip pull downs super set with rear delts

180x8x8x8 20x8x8x8

Lat pull downs 150x8x8x8 superset with hamstrings 3 sets of 8


Went bak and did 35 minutes cardio
 
Legs and arms
Plan of attack for legs

5 sets of leg press
4 sets of hack squats
4 sets of leg extensions
Arms will e brutal
 
All is well expect pics up in about a week. Last time I weighed in was 221 which is a nine lb drop got to drop 6-10 more lbs in 20 days before the cycle starts will probly only end up with 4 but that's ok
 
hey man keep up the motivation before your cycle, it will pay off to be tip top shape right before you start. lets see 6lbs less in 20 days instead of only 4, its all diet
