How much is a half bottle? If that's like 5mL, why not take it for 5 weeks? Or .5mL per week for 10 weeks?

I know a lot of guys here are OL reps, and I just purchased a bottle of EnduraShred and Cardar1ne. I sometimes post on the evolutionary forums and those guys are giving me **** and saying OL is totally bunk and just ph's, however they are all reps for a different SARM company. I know it's kind of hard to get an answer you can trust but has anyone taken OL endurashred (Osta/GW) and actually got bloods done to prove it's legit?

Evolutionary = the worst forum to get unbiased advice or info. What members were actually neutral have pretty much left because of recent bs.

This forum is very objective whether or not there are OL reps here or not.

Evo was good for one thing at one time, and unless you're a desperate noob, they are no longer even good for that.

I'm on Endurashred right now. Did osta solo @ 15mg for 4 weeks (Omega Labs). I just started Endurashred yesterday @ 2 caps (20mg osta and 14mg cardarine) and will run that for the last 6 weeks.

Don't feel much yet but had real good energy today. Ate a **** ton of food today and I don't feel bloated. Hopefully that's a sign of things to come.

We lab test every batch for purity and I have coa's I can send you as well. Blood tests aren't a good way of testing if osta or any other sarm/ph because it effects everyone's endogenous hormones so differently. Take a leap of faith and tell us how it worked out for you, you won't be disappointed.

Yes, every batch should be associated with lot numbers on bottles. I posted coa's on all of the uk products in this thread some pages back when these products first dropped. Quality is our main concern. Without quality control bad batches can occur and people lose faith in the brand as a whole. We don't want that at all.

Yessir, will do that. Let me get the most recent ones sent to me. We only had a few batch runs tbh so it should be pretty easy to figure out.

I have a full bottle of LGD and 280 caps of OL osta sitting in my stash, and about to order another 360 cap osta bottle.... Buuuuut I just started PCT today. No cycle for me for a while :(

Haha you right you right ;) I ran it the last 2 weeks of cycle and 2 weeks between cycle and PCT, tapering off this week then off completely for PCT.
 
I think Id give it a trial, *if* I had a few clomi pct‘s under my belt, and *if* I was doing weekly bloods.

Which I prolly wouldnt so...yeah.

But don't listen to me kids, I also eat paint chips for breakfast.

To each their own. I tried it and it really effected my recovery so it's not for me. I know a lot of guys that swear by 5mg of osta in pct.

Exceptions can be made, Id never be absolute. There is obviously much more to a good PCT than any suppressive potential one compound may have, which is pretty much why Id even consider it in the first place.

There is no "blanket" rule to it. I used it at 10mg in pct after a 7 week ph cycle and it was great. Didn't hinder recovery. But I opted not to use it in pct coming off a 6 month AAS cycle because I knew recovery was going to be hard enough.

But again planning to use it in my next pct, as the cycle itself will be milder.
 
I'm very tempted to run Osta in this next PCT and check it out and evaluate for myself (unlike some around here lol).

I have some leftovers of a bottle that'd probably do three or four weeks at 10mg, plus another few bottles tucked away which I can't see myself ever running Osta on its own again so I dunno what other plans I could make for it.

I'd probably be running PCT 6-8 weeks after this long cycle though so would extend past osta use. I'll hit some pregnant female urine then I'll be running pharma clomid and pharma nolva.

Just run 30mg osta from the end of cycle through PCT and bridge to your next cycle. 26 week osta cycle. For research.

Supposed to be very synergistic with gw, Sr effects reverbA and is supposed to really increase fat loss without any exercise! Kinda hard to believe, probably just hype the same way gw was advertised when it first hit the scene
 
Definitely seems interesting but yeah, many things don't live up to the the hype. GW probably comes the closest.

The only thing that has really lived up to the hype for me is straight test lol.

Are you saying GW (Cardarine) is a waste, or just not the "miracle drug" it was first advertised to be? I'm currently running that with osta from OL and havent had TONS of endurance, but i have to force myself to eat

Not a miracle. Endurance is user dependent, fat loss occurs over time, not overnight.

But it does work.
