I should be getting my bottle any day now.
I will be on a bulk for a month. I will be weight training 3x per week, and doing sprints 2x per week. My weight training consists of a mix of strength training, power lifting and Olympic assistance lifts.
I’ve just come off a calorie deficit (nothing extreme) where I lost 13lbs over 2 months and a bit. I started at 163.9lbs and finished at 150.9lbs. For the last 3 weeks I was using Lean Extreme and GXR. These helped me lose some extra BW whilst allowing me to increase some muscle too.
This is what I currently eat
Breakfast: 2 wheatbix, 500ml of almost 0% fat milk, 2 scoops of whey protein
Lunch: either can of tuna with fetta cheese or home cooked pasta (low fat)
Afternoon: 2 scoops of whey
Dinner: Big salad with either lean sirloin, fish or chicken breast on the side
Before bed: 1 scoop of whey
On weekends I allow myself to eat whatever if I go out.
For my bulk I will simply add 2 wheatbix with 500ml of low fat milk for approx 350cals in the afternoon. On training days I will have a banana after training, which would take it to about 500cals over maintenance for me.
In terms of c-amphibolic I will be taking 6 per day.
My aim will be to add as much musce as I can with limited growth around the waist in particular.
