Day 17

Food

3 caps in the morning and took 3 before bed rather than before training. I will be doing this all the time now as I find it’s more effective for me. I sweat enough as it is with my training. I sweated heaps last night. As I predicted, my BW is lower this morning, I also went to the bathroom heaps last night.

Funny cause I weighed myself before bed and I was 70.6kg, popped 3 caps and woke up this morning and had lost 1.3kg overnight. I tells ya, taking 3 caps before bed is effective as.

3 caps in the morning and 3 before bed. Wasn't able to train yesterday as I had handyman stuff to do all day. Also, haven't been able to do my sprinting cause I have an ingrown toe nail. It was actually made worse the last time I did my sprints last week. God knows my BW would be even lower if I had been doing them regularly as I usually do! As always feeling good on c-AMP, by which I mean no lethargy at all. Was feeling a little bloated yesterday though.

3 caps in the morning and 3 before bed. Trained early yesterday after missing my workout the day before and it went very well strength wise. Felt very tired in the afternoon, but I don’t put that down to C-AMP. Went to bed feeling a little bloated and woke up feeling the same, so I was very surprised to find my BW dropped slightly. This putting weight on is not an easy thing, however at least I have maintained myself over 69kg.

3 caps in the morning and 3 before bed. I deliberated about taking the 3 caps before bed, basically cause this stuff is so effective and I’m trying to put on weight lol. Anyways, training went very well and feel strength is progressing along nicely.

BW morning after 69.1kg (152.0lbs) – no change

Took measurements again

Waist: no change from last week or since the beginning, so still on 82cm
Arms: no change
Legs: up 1.5cm
Chest: up 1cm

So overall, gotta be happy despite only having put on 1kg (2.2lbs) since I started bulking, as my measurements have increased, whilst my waist has stayed the same.

3 caps in the morning and 3 before bed. Felt a bit bloated yesterday morning and the 5th notch on my belt was pretty snug around my waist, but not tight either. Have come down with a cold so didn’t really feel like training and I left work early. Still I trained but took some Neurostim to help me out. Ended up having a great training night.

BW – scales ran out of battery so I have no idea!

Feeling really fluey yet I still trained and it went really well anyways, strength was good except I was lacking a bit of 'ump' towards my working sets in the power shrug ie. by heaviest was lacking a bit of pull. Have been feeling a bit bloated and looking a bit fuller around the waist. We'll see what it all means when i measure in a few days.

BW – got the batteries - 69.8kg (153.6lbs)
 
Day 27

3 caps in the morning and 3 before bed. Felt very queasy going into training and throughout, however this didn’t impeded my actual training. Upped squats by just 1kg to 132.5kg for top set of 5 reps and got 4, which is ok. My target is double BW for 5, after getting 5 for 150kg 2xBW over a year ago and 152.5kg for 3. I go below parallel, no belt of wrap needed. Well I got to bed weighing 70kg, woke up this morning and see below. I dropped 1.5kg overnight, however I only went to the toilet once, I couldn’t have lost 1.5kg worth of fluid in that once visit!!!!!??????

3 caps in the morning and 2 before bed. I only took 2 before bed to ration out the caps I have left, which will mean I will have 4 left for my last day today. Weight below is unchanged, however I am feeling leaner around the waist this morning.

C-AMP worked a treat during my bulk (remember I used this for bulking and don’t yet know what it will be like for cutting) Why? I ate about 500 calories surplus or more every day but almost all of it, if not all, went to my muscles. If anything, I think C-AMP worked too well. I say that because I was trying to gain weight but I found it difficult to. I can say this with authority because whenever I have eaten surplus calories, despite doing cardio, almost ALL goes to body fat, no matter how heavy I’m training. Period. Using C-AMP has been a revelation. And what’s great is that it’s all natural and not chemically based.

In my view, given my BW and that I was trying to gain BW, I believe 6 caps per day was a bit strong for me during a period when I was trying to bulk.

Rating? 9.5/10. Fully deserves it. I can’t give it a 10 as nothing is perfect. And yes I did BUY the product. I’ve used phenogen, sesathin, GXR and Lean Extreme (the last two I thought were excellent and I still have a bottle of each). None have been as good as C-AMP on a bulk. Also note that I’m a non-responder to a lot of supps including creatine.

Plans going forward

When I bulk with C-AMP again I will try 4 caps out OR eat A LOT MORE and take 6 caps. However, when cutting I will use 6 caps knowing full well how effective it was for me. At the moment I seriously don’t see why I would need to stack C-AMP with another fat loss supp, I would only do so out of curiosity.

Dosing – I found that taking 3 caps in the morning and 3 before bed worked best for me, rather than 3 before training. Why? I felt leaner using this approach.

Joints – I don’t have any major problems here but always have had niggling complaints from heavy overhead pressing in particular. Well during my time using C-AMP I have rarely felt these at all. This is not the reason I used C-AMP but it was a nice bonus.

Thermogenic Effect – I noticed this at first but it quickly disappeared, which for me was a god send as I do not want to be sweating constantly, especially during an Australian summer!

Water Retention – No water retention at all. Quite the opposite, I lost lots of water, sometimes as much as 1kg worth or more overnight! I guess it was the green tea?????????

LBM – I didn’t gain as much as I’d hoped in terms of BW overall, but I put that down to watching my weight too carefully whilst on a bulk. However, in what I did gain as you can see from the data, it was almost all LBM gains and little if any fat.

How do I feel/look? I don’t have any pics so just rely on what I say and did say throughout my log. Using C-AMP I felt very lean most of the time except towards the end when I ate more and started to look more bulky (in a good sense) and a bit smoother, despite my waist staying the same.

Recovery – I can’t effectively comment on C-AMP’s effects here as I was eating surplus calories which would automatically help in giving me more energy anyways, and I was using citrulline malate which for me works like a charm for recovery.

Strength – Hard to say as I always make strength gains. As I did not make larger strength gains than usual I can’t say C-AMP helped in this regard.

Libido – I was especially very horny after the first week. Not as randy towards the end but still randy. Woke up with a woody every morning.

Side Effects – The first couple of days I felt a bit light headed. Since then? Nothing to report at all.

Awesome log bro, Im in day 2 of my usage but i havnt been eating totaly clean so i plan on cleaning up the diet like i know how and see how the results are then. Great log though bro , been following it from the begining.

I’ve had too much going on in the last week, personal and work so haven’t been able to. However today is the end of the last week, so I’ll give a roundup of my first week of cutting and how it’s all going. Tomorrow morning I’ll be taking measurements. Then I’ll do a daily log until the end of the 2nd week, before going on a bulk again.

Let me know if U want me to start a different thread or keep it in here. For the next bulk I will be starting a new thread.

I have to say however, that having done a daily log and then finished up with one of the more comprehensive assessments of a supp by a user that I’ve seen in quite a while, I was pretty disappointed only 1 person responded after I asked for feedback and whether ppl where happy with the log and with my overall view on different areas I covered.

2 Week Cutting Cycle

Yesterday was the end of my 1st Week of cutting.

What do I have to report? Have gone down to 69.2kg, a loss of 0.7kg (1.5lbs). My wife was still asleep this morning so I couldn't get her to measure me up, hopefully tomorrow morning she can and I will post. Having said that, I am feeling quite lean since the end of the bulk and I don'r 'appear' to have lost any LBM. Fingers crossed.

In terms of my cutting, unfortunetly I haven't been able to do cardio cause of my ingrown toenail, so just my weight training. Otherwsie I would expect to feel even leaner. Eating wise I have cut out my afternoon snack of 2 wheatbix, 500ml skim milk, 2 scoops whey as well as the banana after training and any peanut butter etc. However, I don't think I've eaten super cleanly everyday.
 
Day 8

Food

Breakfast: 2 wheatbix, 500ml skim milk, 2 scoops whey
Lunch: chicken with small amount of rice

3 caps in the morning and 3 before bed. I have noticed since starting the cutting, that the difference between my BW before I got to bed and when I wake up has reduced. Whereas before it was up to 1.5kg in difference it's now only about 0.6kg. Strange.

Put on these cargo pants I bought when I was about 19, they've always been tight. Well guess what? For the first time ever they were loose - more loose than when I put them on about 2 months back when it was closer to 68kg. Now what's that telling you? Anyways, despite what I've eaten the last cpl of days, here's my BW this morning, and feeling lean as....

Hasn’t been the best of weekends cutting wise, but look at the BW, have only put on 0.2kg and have been feeling lean. I did wake up feeling a little bloated this morning I must say. Anyways, 4 days left in this supposed ‘cut’ and will ry to be a lot stricter. Might also be able to go for some sprints as my toe feels ok.

It’s not that I actually bloated, I just felt bloated. During the rest of the day today I’ve been feeling pretty good around the waist. In terns of water, I wouldn’t say I drink extreme amounts.

However incline benches and snatch high pulls were great. Also as you can clearly see, I'm running out of whey protein and don't expect to receive shipment for another 4-6 weeks!!!!!!!!!

BW – 69.0kg (151.8lbs) – no change
 
Yeah but hey.. you got your wheatbix and to hell if i can find that in these United States... i mean i could find it but if they are here they are prolly coated with a crap load of sugar...

Have a look around I’m sure you can find a healthier and similar option. Look on google and search for wheat-bix and you’ll see what I’m eating, There’s a couple of different brands here. It’s the sort of breakfast cereal that over here gets commercials with the Australian rugby union team all sitting down and seeing how many wheat bix each player has for breaky, I think the commercial everyone knows over here goes “Aussie kids, are wheat-bix kids…..�

In the morning I went to put on my suit pants, and though they felt pretty loose, they felt a bit tighter than usual, or not as loose. Then I realised I had put on a different pair that are a better fit. It’s getting dark here in the morning u see, so I couldn’t distinguish between a grey pin-stripe and blue pin-stripe suit! LOL Anyways, throughout the day my pants seemed to become more loose by the minute. No joke. Given this I am very surprised by the BW reading below I took this morning. Go figure, and I still feel as lean around the waist. Tomorrow’s my last cutting day and will make sure the wife takes my measurements.

BW – 69.31kg (152.5lbs)

forgot to ask how long you've been using c-AMP. Maybe ceosm can chip in here. Maybe u have to lower your dose or take it at different times? I take mine 3 in the am and 3 before bed.
