C-AMP worked a treat during my bulk (remember I used this for bulking and don’t yet know what it will be like for cutting) Why? I ate about 500 calories surplus or more every day but almost all of it, if not all, went to my muscles. If anything, I think C-AMP worked too well. I say that because I was trying to gain weight but I found it difficult to. I can say this with authority because whenever I have eaten surplus calories, despite doing cardio, almost ALL goes to body fat, no matter how heavy I’m training. Period. Using C-AMP has been a revelation. And what’s great is that it’s all natural and not chemically based.
In my view, given my BW and that I was trying to gain BW, I believe 6 caps per day was a bit strong for me during a period when I was trying to bulk.
Rating? 9.5/10. Fully deserves it. I can’t give it a 10 as nothing is perfect. And yes I did BUY the product. I’ve used phenogen, sesathin, GXR and Lean Extreme (the last two I thought were excellent and I still have a bottle of each). None have been as good as C-AMP on a bulk. Also note that I’m a non-responder to a lot of supps including creatine.
Plans going forward
When I bulk with C-AMP again I will try 4 caps out OR eat A LOT MORE and take 6 caps. However, when cutting I will use 6 caps knowing full well how effective it was for me. At the moment I seriously don’t see why I would need to stack C-AMP with another fat loss supp, I would only do so out of curiosity.
Dosing – I found that taking 3 caps in the morning and 3 before bed worked best for me, rather than 3 before training. Why? I felt leaner using this approach.
Joints – I don’t have any major problems here but always have had niggling complaints from heavy overhead pressing in particular. Well during my time using C-AMP I have rarely felt these at all. This is not the reason I used C-AMP but it was a nice bonus.
Thermogenic Effect – I noticed this at first but it quickly disappeared, which for me was a god send as I do not want to be sweating constantly, especially during an Australian summer!
Water Retention – No water retention at all. Quite the opposite, I lost lots of water, sometimes as much as 1kg worth or more overnight! I guess it was the green tea?????????
LBM – I didn’t gain as much as I’d hoped in terms of BW overall, but I put that down to watching my weight too carefully whilst on a bulk. However, in what I did gain as you can see from the data, it was almost all LBM gains and little if any fat.
How do I feel/look? I don’t have any pics so just rely on what I say and did say throughout my log. Using C-AMP I felt very lean most of the time except towards the end when I ate more and started to look more bulky (in a good sense) and a bit smoother, despite my waist staying the same.
Recovery – I can’t effectively comment on C-AMP’s effects here as I was eating surplus calories which would automatically help in giving me more energy anyways, and I was using citrulline malate which for me works like a charm for recovery.
Strength – Hard to say as I always make strength gains. As I did not make larger strength gains than usual I can’t say C-AMP helped in this regard.
Libido – I was especially very horny after the first week. Not as randy towards the end but still randy. Woke up with a woody every morning.
Side Effects – The first couple of days I felt a bit light headed. Since then? Nothing to report at all.
