I did legs today and boy did my veins pop out. Did I feel any stronger ? Well the smith machine I used for squats was out of commission so I did single leg leg press and **** those will kill you. 6 sets of 8 and one set of 25 timing as follows 4-0-2-0
rest on 4th set then go for 25 with both feet and yes I felt it so next week I will see if it’s any easier .
