From what I remember 6 is as low as a man with great genetics can get without hormonal assistance.

I think when I start mk677 3 -4 months from when I start I could get down to 8% I believe but that’s pushing it.

6 months to a year .

I'll get back again later cos I don't know most of those things but from what I can gather MK is way different to exoGH with fat loss(not as good).
S4 is really cool, I will definitely try it again with genuine training. Consider trying winstrol if you haven't, work out which is best for you.

I like the s4 but after getting my night vision back and realizing how bad it really was, never touching it again. It was so bad i couldnt see at night driving WITH MY HEADLIGHTS ON. It was ridiculous

Im not even a night owl lol. I go to the gym at 330am thats the only dark driving i did at first but then i started school and started working swing shifts so driving home after work was bad

I was shocked how much winny was like s4.
Just better with no real sides. I got lots of zitts which has never happened before . I also hurt my knee on winny from being a bit too dry I think.

I never got it luckily, weekend off or low dose is my guess why.

Winny used to make me a bit cranky at times but S4 makes me feel good so they are different in that way at least. Only time I've ever had knee issues was on winny(never ran ai) if I didn't supp with glucosamine.
 
Today was chest day , still feeling strong even though I’m just in rad . About to order more s4 since off it for few weeks now. Will try to add mk677 if my budge allows it . Should help me get very cut since mk will help me reduce fat and s4 should help me put on muscle .

Haha yeah and you have to stay out of tunnels during the day, because it's basically ten seconds of pure blind driving!

I think the idea that mk677 leans you out is a bodybuilding myth. I remember reading the abstract of two studies, one was over the course of a year and the other was short term, I believe 8 weeks. In both studies the participants gained a little lean mass (2-5 lbs) but lost no fat. Since your diet is spot on though I’m sure it’ll help in some way. Those participants weren’t young weightlifters, they were older people.

Any compound that has anabolic properties can help you lean out. It all depends on diet

Yeah I believe that’s mostly true. A lot of guys on here who’ve run it long term believe it helps them stay lean. It definitely gives you a metabolism boost for the first several weeks but then your metabolism goes back to baseline according to those studies. As long as the MK677 doesn’t make OP stuff his face during that period he should lean out even more from that metabolism boost.

HGH the higher the dose the harder to stay lean.mk677 puts water on initially and you have to really focus to see leaning.
Test is the same way. 150mg is easier to stay lean than 1000mg
