Goal
Right now I'm looking to keep dropping BF, but at a very slow rate, hopefully Blue Gene will help me retain as much LBM as possible. I will post diet and training as I go along, any questions?

I was going to start today, but I have a sinus infection:( Just like Dirk:)

So I'm going to start Blue Gene either tomorrow or Friday

Was recently aware of it, definitely something I would have tried. Glad I get the chance, tomorrow I will start.

NP had a killer sale on it like a year ago and I regret not trying it then. I guess I'll see how it treats you and decide if it's worth a shot.

Im in, the product ingrediants look good and stuff I use and like already.

Ryansm your meals look tasty. Especially the 2 pound T-bone steak.

I like to eat, and of course given your screen name you appreciate a good T-Bone:) That steak though is usually switched out with a fatty fish like salmon. I keep the cals similar though.

Damn, That's some eatin' right there!!

My mind started spinning while reading your meal layout but then I saw that you weigh more than me! haha 298 is serious bro I hope to be there in two years or so. Glad I'll be able to see what BG does for a big guy.

Damn your a bench monster! I like that you include tricep work here too. When do you do delt work if any?

I have a shoulder day, but it doesn't typically include isolated delt work. I do compound lifts mostly such as, overhead press, jerks, shrugs, upright rows etc. That and combining oly movements, specifically the p snacth I get more work in.

FWIW, Blue Gene works very well for me. I haven't ran it in quite awhile. But, i have went through several 2-bottle runs. i get very noticeable strength gains, as well as, endurance. i'm always stronger on blue gene. always.

Interesting, thanks for the feedback. How long until you typically notice these effects?

typically i started see effects about half way through the bottle. the effects from blue gene, tend to creep up on you. you don't necessarily notice how well it's working, until you're off of it for a week.

Exactly how I'm doing it.

Noticed today that I get a good amount of energy from this, wasn't expecting that.

I love the clean energy and horniness from. The first dose on!

Exactly. Alot of guys on the CL team will run BG for 6+ months straight too, since all of the ingredients are natiral and not too harsh. The strength gains on BG are serious biz, very underrated.

No training today, I'm having good energy though and look forward to training soon. Weight is holding at 298.

Well today I noticed an increase in recovery between sets, also energy is still good and my joints are starting to feel better:)

Very intense routine, since my joints were feeling good I hit it hard. Very intense. Feeling good:)

good work, bro. sometimes i wonder if blue gene directly makes me stronger.............or eases joint pain and increases endurance to make heavier weight easier to push. i actually believe it does both.

looks like you're noticing BG's effects.

Thanks bud, I think you are on to something there, when you feel good physically you have the confidence. I have to say though the quicker recovery was noticeable so there certainly is another aspect.

No training today, but I feel good after yesterday's intense/heavy routine which is a good sign.

Yes, big difference actually:) Libido has been quite intense the last couple of days.

awesome.......really, the only thing keeping me from using BG consistently, is the price. But, from what CL reps have told me, there isn't much wiggle room at all on pricing.

I can see that, quality ingredients in this supplement. Price isn't bad imo, as long as it delivers.

Awesome log so far bro. You don't mess around with your workouts either!!!! Blue Gene is also known for "feelings of well being", which can surely increase output at the gym. I think its a combination of all those factors; joints feeling better, libido, endurance...everything comes together on this one.

I agree, it's working out great for me so far.

Today was legs, nothing exciting due to injuries. Did a ton of step-ups and lunges along with hip speed work with keg tosses. I'm feeling great, and my libido is way up. Recovery was certainly better between sets and I had plenty of energy. Liking Blue Gene so far, hopefully we see some strength gains start next week!
