L bicep-191/4
Total weight loss. . . . Drum role please

252
290-252=38 pounds:cheers:
I will continue to cut, at a slower rate to wane myself back on more cals, and to get ready for bulking.
Strength:
I am a former powerlifter so I was used to training heavy, and few/fast explosive reps.
Starting weights at 290
Bench DB- 160's for 10
Incline DB- 160's for 4
Squat- 735 1 rep max
Ending weights at 252
Bench DB- 160's for 5
Incline- 150's for 6
Squat- 695
So if you see that at 252 I am near the same overall strength. I know that if I got back into the powerlifting type of training I would SURPASS my 290 weight. My muscles look fuller, and are a lot more defined.
Thanks again Bobo, I'll definitely get back with you. Invalid Link Removed
