Ruck up sucka! iparatroop's permanent training home.

Nice delivery! I like the Bragg Aminos in place of straight soy sauce too and it is non-GMO so a lot of that estrogenic nastiness and is not a worry. Plus I like that it comes in a spray bottle option. Makes uniform coverage easier.

Late, but color me rucked. A lot of good work in here man.
Welcome aboard and thanks in advance for all that I'm sure you can add to this clusterfcuk
my Crayola 64 box does not have that particular shade... :(
That box is also missing the shade "jealous". That's what happens when you got your box in 1934 from Russia.

A little piece of useless knowledge. Did you know that Emersonn Moser, CEO of Crayola for 37 years, was colorblind?
It requires a special blend. Particularly, all of them.
I learned something here today.

<img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=96804"/> Pretty good stuff. Will take some getting used to. Much more rich and full tasting. At $1.99 for 750ml, it's almost the same price as Olde English.

See? That's what soy sauce is supposed to taste like, although the silver swan is what's in our house most of the time. Kikkomans is watered down horse piss. Usually at our market they have a two pack of datu puti soy sauce and vinegar - suka and patis. Mix one part vinegar and two parts soy sauce, BOOM, you can dip anything in it...

What is the difference between this soy and the other one you had him try?

This one has calamansi - a Filipino lemon lime like fruit - in it. A little citrus bite to it.

You know that 'registered user' under your forum name? I wish I could figure out how to make mine say 'resident soy sauce expert'

Become a board supporter and change it lol.

Interesting that might taste pretty good.

Thanks Steve. It's been a great time. Thanks for the opportunity.

To satisfy some curiosities, as I'm sure this post raised some, I'll fill you folks in.

This morning I submitted my resignation from FINAFLEX to my team. I left on my own accord and of my own free will. My life has become busier than I expected it to get when I was brought on as a rep. Because of this, I don't have the time that it takes to fulfill my end of the obligation that I have to FINAFLEX while serving in the capacity of a rep. I felt that it was better for the company and the rep team for me not to collect a check for duties that I was not performing to standard. There's no bad blood, I wasn't canned, and I have nothing negative to say. My experience as a rep was completely positive and I wish only success upon the company, the reps that were there when I came on, those that remain, and those that will come in the future.

I will continue to assist with what I can, and I will continue to log, post and lurk. I'm not disappearing, I just have a full calendar with an impending move and a lot of things pulling me in different directions.

Thanks to everyone for the support that I've received. I've influenced people to make the same changes that I made after beginning this adventure with a badass supp called PX BLACK. That makes me happy and made everything worthwhile. I was able to make positive change through my position, so I feel accomplished. When the dust settles, maybe I can put the "FREAK" moniker back into my title, but for now I'm just gonna be dave.

See you tomorrow fückers.

Not fun. Belted @275+

Y u sit ups so much?? Ouch.
A couple of reasons.
1. I feel like my core is my point of weakness in regards to the three major lifts so that calls for the GHR to become my frenemy. I'll be incorporating GHR good mornings as well, along with whatever else I feel will be beneficial.
2. I'm working through some things, mentally. The easiest way for me to work through them is to inflict some physical pain and just not think. It's better than burying it all in the bottom of a bottle.
