I got injured a while back (about three months ago I believe). I have been away from the gym/box since. I figured it was the best thing. I may or may not have been on to something. Either way, it was detrimental to my physique, overall.
I don't often speak of my supplementation outside of what I'd get in my rep packs. Contrary to that, I have a pretty solid knowledge base when it comes to orals (DS/PH). That being said, since I cannot really afford to go the GH route, I've decided to run epi at low dose for an extended duration. Why? Same reason as GH. I'm not under the impression that epi is going to act in the same manner as GH in the realm of ligament healing, but recovery on epi is pretty awesome from my experience. This is an experiment. You don't have to tell me that epi causes muscle tightness and may adversely affect the afflicted ligament. I know. I'm also going to be adding cissus when it comes in.
I was "on" when I got injured. I know the root cause. I'm not the statistic as far as crossfit goes. Crossfit didn't cause my injury. I feel better today than I did two months ago so I know things are headed in the right direction.
So, noodz will happen but they're low on the priority list.
I have about 2.5 years of training coming up. The first 9ish months are classroom. That should be sufficient time to heal if I can do this right.

2000m swimming, breast stroke and the majority freestyle. Squatted today, adjusted the stance to be quad dominant, very narrow and limited toe out angle. Wasn't too bad at 105lbs (I know, baby weight but it's a step forward). Been researching ostarine. Seems like it may be what I was looking for. You know why? Because I can't not lift anymore. Because it's just a hurdle and I can overcome it. Because I don't need a fûcking left adductor anyway, I can be a quad dominant squatter by narrowing my stance and pointing my toes forward. Because I'll only live once, why waste away while I'm here, I'll save that for when I'm not. Ok, enough being emo.
Worked up to 185 on squats. I know, still baby weight but I'm figuring out what I can take and what will hurt me.
Used 65 for OH squats (RX weight was a proposed 115. I'm not ready for that yet, give me a minute).

Back in business. 1/2 scoop of STIMUL8 pre made everything alright. Got some shoulder mobility to work on. Weight kept drifting forward and making me come up on my toes during OH squats. Food porn incoming after I cook. <3.

I have a funny relationship with mushrooms (the nutritional kind), actually with the other kind too, but I used to HATE/DESPISE mushrooms. Could not easy them, WOULD not eat them! Then, when I was managing a restaurant, I saw a hamburger with mushrooms, bacon, and cheese and for some reason thought it looked really good so I had one. And it was REALLY fûcking good! So yeah...now I eat mushrooms lol.
