RPN sued for Havoc

I like how the page doesn't say anything about your product. Just that he is suffering from liver failure...

I stand by it when I said **** him in his stupid ass.

Notice he had money to trick up a gixxer thou but not to buy health insurance too... Another winning decision this ****o made.

Good luck with it dsade! :)

Not to mention the "friend" of his that mentioned on another board that not only was he taking 50mg a day, but stacked with Hydroxycut Hardcore.

IN the end, though, it is all moot. RPN has filed for Chapter 7, and it appears that I will also, due to some complicated extenuating circumstances.

everything else is now on hold, with the exception of Thermogum.

how can we support you dsade? by buying thermogum or all of rpn's products?

I appreciate it...I'm closing out the remaining stock of RPN stuff through Nutra (even BK is expensive, fee wise...and I want to pay off as many accounts as we can).

ThermoGum is basically all we have left to make a future. However, I want you to buy the product because it kicks major butt..not out of pity. It's a hard economy out there...take care of your own first.

Sometime comments like this can show the true nature of a man, in your case dsade I believe a good nature indeed, I look forward to trying thermogum and good luck with your future products.

Ill be ordering some ThermoGum soon but only if the flavor lasts longer than 45 seconds like most gums do :)

You won't be disappointed.....the raspberry citrus hits hard, then fades to let the undernotes of pepper and cinnamon shine. These flavors, odd as they sound, are awesome and last for hours.

This is no kid.

Yep, well, there goes my theory of any and all...

WOW!!!!!

I don't know about this one man. Looks like he is one of those "good" guys in the community that everyone thinks never does anything wrong...could be a tight race here.

I really wish there was a way to sell these products in an idiot-proof fashion. I'm in college and I hear people all the time that are simply misinformed speaking of the otc steroids like they are creatine.

I recall the other day speaking with this kid. He's a 22 year old marine and firefighter, just returned from Iraq. The guy was talking about bulking up by using this new supplement he bought called finaflex, it contains "something called superdrol and tren..." I started to tell him about liver support, and the toxicity of methyls, and tried to explain to him what PCT stands for....all of this going way over his head.
There just no way to prevent this stuff from happening....

That's when you say, here, give me 200 bucks and take this, this and that during this time, that time and this time...and maybe, you will not have a C-cup, limp noodle, and a shinny spot on your head and in your liver....

Basically, just tell him to STFU, and let you guide his cycle..if you feel you are capable of doing it.

One of the problems... this **** just isnt common knowledge, no matter that everyone here wants to believe. I would like to see any of these writeups give a PCT for their product, or for ****s sake, explain what PCT is and why you need it.

Hmmmmm, the smell of logic is strong in this post. That's probably the reason why no one does it, way to logical....

3-ad lists on the bottle they recommened a pct with activate extreme and some sort of AI. Havoc lists that you should consult a medical professional before proceeding to use. All of the CEL products state that you shouldn't use unless you have a proper pct planned.

and EVERY prohormone says not to use for more than 45 days and to have at least 90 days between uses.

I dont understand how these cases can hold up in court so easily.

To solve these problems companies need to start requiring customers to sign some sort of arbitration agreement/waver. It could be implemented digitally on the internet.

They can't, because to do so admits implicitly that they are breaking laws. Welcome to another wonderful consequence of the war on drugs and a general casualty of every war, the death of truth and accurate information.

If this crap were legal companies with a mind to educate their customers could do so. Since it's not legal, they can't even if they want to, or they're basically admitting they're selling grey market roids.

Tylenol isn't known commonly as to why it's toxic in large doses and what the effects are from taking larges doses over a period of time. They give brief instructions in the event of an acute overdose but not much else.

Some of the responsibility falls on the person using it even if in most cases the average consumer of any product doesn't know the in's and out's of the potential damage. Then there is the case of unknown's sneaking in the picture or quality control etc. A lot of variables.

If you're going to take a product that is supposed to change the natural way the body works you should at least know some of the consequenses of those changes and what happens afterwards. I don't believe each product should come with a 300 page book. It has to be reasonable information for the user. There will never be a way to 100% dummy proof a drug or supplement.

Average supplement(assuming profile is correct)
Dose-X
Cycle length-X
Do need exceed-x
Warning to consult a doctor-x

So by some people's reasoning a product should come with instructions on every possible situation a person can abuse or misuse their product outside of the intended dose and duration. If the recommended dose and duration is what is causing serious issues and they were known and not addressed; that is not included in this.

Couple of threads that caught my eye today.
1. Asking about M1T even though there's more negative feedback on the dangers of this product that driving drunk
2. Advice on taking supps to deal with mental disorders

There is only so much one can do to combat stupidity. The Havoc issue isn't about label issues or lack of warnings. It's about people ignoring common sense and relying on their belief that they are bullet proof and shouldn't have to take precautions.

Yeah its hilarious how he is trying to cry about it all read this excerpt:

"As you already know, Darrell needs our help with his burden of battling liver disease, and the best way to help him is by bringing a monetary donation. Raffle tickets can be purchased at anytime, and the cost is 1 for $10.oo or 3 for $25. Donations can be made on-line by clicking the “Donation” button on the right side of the screen. A raffle ticket(s) will be filled out and placed in the drawing using the information you provide. You do not have to be present to win.

If you own a business and would like to show your support by setting up a booth or display at the event, send an email to the email address below."

"Recently, Darrell was released from the hospital after days of treatment for Acute Liver Failure. What does this mean? Pretty much, his liver is no longer functioning at full capacity, and he'll need additional treatments just to maintain his quality of life. Without health insurance, this will be a challenge, so we'll be banding together to support Darrell in any way we can. The first thing we need to do is show Darrell how many people will be there to support him through this challenging time. If you want to help, please fill out the form on the right side of this page. "

He is using this to get money off of people, that sh1t is just dirty. Yeah looks like he needs the money so he can keep that nice bike of his. Yeah he has no health insurance but he can buy 5 months of epi and ride around on his nice little bike there.

sad

Stupid is as stupid does!

The defense should use the "Natural selection" approach. In nature the weak sick and stupid get themselves killed off! Works for every species on the planet.....but humans. We actually subsidize the next generation of professional couch potatoes by rewarding retards with free money, food, healthcare etc.

Hey, bleeding hearts! Jump off a bridge, your friend did!

If you do something stupid and get hurt or killed I have no sympathy. Darwinism FTW. Hopefully he's now sterile, we don't need anymore morons running around.

Every time I read a story like this I think of the movie Idiocracy. Then I cry cause that is how this world will most likely end.

This thread blows my mind. Why wouldn't you stop taking it after like a month when your balls have shrunk and you can't get it up. I can't imagine taking this **** for 5 months.

Because he was a retard. This is why so many pro hormones and steroids get a bad rep. To many people just wanting to do something without putting in the research thats needed.

I feel bad for RPN. Also though I feel bad for this guy. Sure he made a stupid mistake and I don't think the answer for that is a lawsuit. Who among you has not made a stupid choice in your life at one time or another?. RPN did nothing wrong and they don't deserve the blame. Still, have some compassion for the guy.

As far as RPN goes I hope they will continue to make Krill Lipid Balance. That stuff is amazing!

RPN is dead now i'm afraid :(

However Genomyx has taken on a lot of the old RPN products, they've just re-released DCP :) so you never know, you may see Krill Lipid Balance in the future :)

Are you sure about that Chub?. Krill Lipid Balance is something I need to continue to take. I had blood work done by my doctor, and they asked me what I took because it lowered my cholesterol so much. It also lowered my liver values dramatically!. Really the doctor even asked for the name of the supplement, too bad I couldn't remember at that moment.

you can still buy it on Invalid Link Removed

Dsades reply to if they would be making more krill was

Margin on those was horrible and the outlay was pretty significant, however we will do our best.

There is some RPN stock currently in stock, though.

Has anyone else seen this. Apparently some douche was taking Havoc for 5 months and now is trying to sue RPN because he's having issues. Here's a clip from Ironmagazine Blog

I mean if you didn't research the compound first to know what it was or how to take it I could see this happening. But why wouldn't you? its' morons like this that have no clue what they are putting in their bodies (but won't it get me hugez) that f**k it up for everyone else. I'd seriously like to smack this guy upside his head and ask him what the hell was he thinking.

The good old adage, one person will ruin it for all.
