RPN Havoc Cycle/PCT

This is my first run at a prohormone and after months of research im gona start my havoc cycle within the next 2 weeks. Im not trying to do anything to crazy so my dosing won't be too high. I plan on running havoc 10/20/20/30, if im not seeing the gains i want ill run it at 10/20/30/30 along with AI cycle support and Liver Longer. My pct is nolvadex at 40/40/20/20. Should i also add AI post cycle support to my pct?

start at 30mgs, you prolly wont see much if any gains at 10-20.
30-40 isnt crazy high either, its normal :P

40/20 for the first 2 weeks works, no need for 2x weeks of 40mgs

I think AI PCS is a test booster, if so I would
 
Check out a cortisol control supp too. Reduce xt and suppress c are good ones
