First workout using RPM coming up in a half hour for me. I finally received samples yesterday evening -- the red shiny ones.

So whats the surprise! I just got my bag of them, nice job on the shiny red caps! Whasts the surprise I repeat! Aslo, how many of the new version do I take before a workout?

Endurance

My workout was different then most of the reviews as I tested for pure endurance. I’ll test for weights later. And my test workout for RPM was tough as my improvement in endurance has already been outstanding over the last couple of months, and it’s hard to improve on an already superior endurance stack (citrulline malate, beta alanine, and cordyceps).

Result:

I took 3 RPM about 50 minutes before workout, and about 40 minutes later I felt very strong. I stacked my usual sups too.

The previous week to this I had done a series of bicycle workouts that were 27% better than a weekly series nine weeks before. I did not give myself a break before testing the RPM, not a single day rest, and the week before was my hardest week ever.

I improved my intensity by 9.6% over the previous seven day average, an amazing boost considering all the factors. These tests are done over the period of one full hour each day This was not an attempt to go for a PR as when I do that I take a couple of days off before trying.

This is the next morning, and I’m in no way burned out by the effort, and will go back and do another workout later today. But I save the remaining sample RPM’s for weight workouts (tomorrow?), and will buy the non-caffeine version of RPM for everyday workouts.

WOW!! That is a huge increase- especially after going day in, day out for that period of time- it can wear on you after a while!!!

Good supplements work! And, this coming fall and winter I’ll concentrate on strength gains as I figure the rapid endurance gains will slow down towards the end of summer. RPM should help keep those rapid gains going for at least another two months though. And when you are on a roll….

My wife runs half-marathons, and currently training for her first full one- she loves RPM!!! It allows to go longer, harder, and faster (sounds kinda funny, I know :))- it will have a lot of cross-over appeal into athletics and endurance as well- which I am really looking forward to!!!
 
RPM let-down

Got my sample on Thurs... thanks to AN for the free sample. I dosed at at 4 pills today for my shoulder workout. My weight is 195 lb. and I'm a 47 yr old. I must say I was somewhat disappointed. I did notice a very slight increase in focus, strength and energy but not any different than say NO-Explode or AMP. Kind of a let down after all the hype. I had no noticeable increase in the "Alpha Male" feeling, perhaps because I already are one:head: :D

I guess I use the remaining 6 that are left for my next heavy leg workout and see if the increased dosage has better affects.

Yeah- might want to go up a little- there seems to be a "magic" number of pills that seems to vary a little bit from person to person....

RPM works for just about everybody from the feedback I have gotten- but it did make one guy sleepy....:think:

did you take it with food? or close to food?
 
try takin the RPM first then a smaller then normal meal closer to w/o, they said the effects of RPM should last up to 2 hours before a w/o and still be effective during.

i noticed i could "feel" it kicking in around 30-45 min so maybe take rpm, 35 min later eat an hour later hit the gym.... i think it would work nicer and allow the rpm to be more easily absorbed. JMO

Thats good to hear, I'm hoping for a lower price though. I have to take at least 6 for the effects to kick in. I took 6 with my first dose and 4 with my second. I didn't really get anything with my second. I want to try 8 next time. At that dose though I am gonna have to save it for workouts only because it would only last 13 days if your information on how many caps there will be is correct.
 
well consider the fact its a "prework out supp" so it will only typically be used on w/o days.... typically.... but that would stretch out the amount of time it lasted since your not dosing ED.... i for one cant wait for the non stim version so i can dose on my off days as well.

any ETA or inside info as to what else will be goin into this version? been VERRRRY quiet about it n ya got us wonderin.

I took 5 caps the other day before training back and everyone was right this stuff kicks ass! I LOVE the sustained nice clean energy i got from it, i hate feeling too stimed out when training. I let a guy workin with me on wide grip chins and it made me smile because he kept staring and commenting on the pump i was getting in my arms and i'm on post cycle therapy :). Endurance felt like it was up and muscles felt HARD, RPM+Anabolic Pump= rock hard muscle :). I'm excited to take it again before my chest/bicep workout tommorow, i'll report back and um ya i'll be buying a bottle or 2 when this stuff is out :).

Ok had my chest&bicep workout, pumps were painful, i loved it, lol I felt like a total animal in the gym even more so then the first time, the hardness was even more apparent as well as was aggression, wow is all i've gotta say! And i can't stress enough how nice the energy from this is, it's not like your heart is racing so fast it's ruining your workout, which is nice, but ya loving the hardness, drive and aggression.

Update, guys.

I took 6 RPM caps for my last workout.

BAM! The sweet spot for me. Now I can't wait for this product to be released, though at 6/shot, a bottle probably won't last me all that long.

Well, I got my sample packet, and decided to first try 3, just in case of weird reaction/allergy/what-have-you.

I promptly fell asleep.

All the hype was true!!! Got my samples and had a kick-ass shoulder/arms workout throughout my training. Workload capacity,strength,non-stop energy all through my high-volumne training.
Just ordered my first round for my stores!!!!
 
Tried 3 caps tonight. I would've done 4-5 but I lifted very late.

I'll save my official review after more uses, but I can honestly say this is the most noticable thermogenic I have ever used.

The fans were on, and I can honestly say I cannot remember the last time I sweated this much. Focus and mental drive was also incredible. The only thing lacking was energy, but that is probably a good thing since it was late. Also, if I need extra energy I will up the dose, but it is nice to know 3 caps gives me the important effects (I usually need to up dosages on almost all products)

I also had pretty solid strenght increases, but other variables may have played a factor, so I will wait til further uses to judge that.

Cannot wait for my free bottle

If I didn't have one on the way I would pre-order it at you know where right now, but the one bottle should last me 5 weeks so I will hold off just a little.
