My workout was different then most of the reviews as I tested for pure endurance. I’ll test for weights later. And my test workout for RPM was tough as my improvement in endurance has already been outstanding over the last couple of months, and it’s hard to improve on an already superior endurance stack (citrulline malate, beta alanine, and cordyceps).
Result:
I took 3 RPM about 50 minutes before workout, and about 40 minutes later I felt very strong. I stacked my usual sups too.
The previous week to this I had done a series of bicycle workouts that were 27% better than a weekly series nine weeks before. I did not give myself a break before testing the RPM, not a single day rest, and the week before was my hardest week ever.
I improved my intensity by 9.6% over the previous seven day average, an amazing boost considering all the factors. These tests are done over the period of one full hour each day This was not an attempt to go for a PR as when I do that I take a couple of days off before trying.
This is the next morning, and I’m in no way burned out by the effort, and will go back and do another workout later today. But I save the remaining sample RPM’s for weight workouts (tomorrow?), and will buy the non-caffeine version of RPM for everyday workouts.
WOW!! That is a huge increase- especially after going day in, day out for that period of time- it can wear on you after a while!!!

Yeah, but that’s nothing compared to what serious endurance athletes put themselves though. Supplements have been a tremendous short-cut for me to get in excellent shape in the endurance area using only a small percentage of the time and effort it would have taken me without them.
If you would have ask me in early February of this year how long it would take me to reach the levels I’ve reached now, 5/11/07 – I would have answered at least a year and a half and maybe never.
Good supplements work! And, this coming fall and winter I’ll concentrate on strength gains as I figure the rapid endurance gains will slow down towards the end of summer. RPM should help keep those rapid gains going for at least another two months though. And when you are on a roll….

Got my sample on Thurs... thanks to AN for the free sample. I dosed at at 4 pills today for my shoulder workout. My weight is 195 lb. and I'm a 47 yr old. I must say I was somewhat disappointed. I did notice a very slight increase in focus, strength and energy but not any different than say NO-Explode or AMP. Kind of a let down after all the hype. I had no noticeable increase in the "Alpha Male" feeling, perhaps because I already are one:head:
I guess I use the remaining 6 that are left for my next heavy leg workout and see if the increased dosage has better affects.

Had my pre-workout meal 1 hr before workout then 50 min later took the RPM.did you take it with food? or close to food?

try takin the RPM first then a smaller then normal meal closer to w/o, they said the effects of RPM should last up to 2 hours before a w/o and still be effective during.
i noticed i could "feel" it kicking in around 30-45 min so maybe take rpm, 35 min later eat an hour later hit the gym.... i think it would work nicer and allow the rpm to be more easily absorbed. JMO

well consider the fact its a "prework out supp" so it will only typically be used on w/o days.... typically.... but that would stretch out the amount of time it lasted since your not dosing ED.... i for one cant wait for the non stim version so i can dose on my off days as well.
any ETA or inside info as to what else will be goin into this version? been VERRRRY quiet about it n ya got us wonderin.

I don't know if it is just a "pre-workout" supp because supposedly the effects build up and get better the longer you take it. So with that you would think taking it everyday would lead to increased results.

Tried 3 caps tonight. I would've done 4-5 but I lifted very late.
I'll save my official review after more uses, but I can honestly say this is the most noticable thermogenic I have ever used.
The fans were on, and I can honestly say I cannot remember the last time I sweated this much. Focus and mental drive was also incredible. The only thing lacking was energy, but that is probably a good thing since it was late. Also, if I need extra energy I will up the dose, but it is nice to know 3 caps gives me the important effects (I usually need to up dosages on almost all products)
I also had pretty solid strenght increases, but other variables may have played a factor, so I will wait til further uses to judge that.

If I didn't have one on the way I would pre-order it at you know where right now, but the one bottle should last me 5 weeks so I will hold off just a little.
