RPM/DRIVE dosing

Im about to start an rpm/drive stack..i think i have my dosing down, but can somebody look over it for me just to make sure?

I lift hard twice a week, with high intensity cardio 3 days a week...i have my dosing as followss...

RPM

3 pre-workout on Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri/Sat (All either cardio or lift days)
1 in the morning on Wed/Sun (offdays)

Drive

5 Mon/Thur (lift days)
4 Tue/Fri/Sat (cardio days)
3 Wed/Sun (offdays)

....Im thinking of running a log, so that others can give me their input or suggestions, on how to tweak my plan for maximum results....iv got to get my dosing down first though

To know your dosing then I need to know your weight.

Then dose as suggested for your weight (on the label) and use the timing following schedule:

RPM
Gym (i.e. Resistance Training) Days
Dose - 60-80 min pre-gym (i.e. WITH Drive)*
Non-Gym (i.e. Resistance Training) Days
Dose - first thing in the morning*
* Start with the lower dose to assess tolerance, and then increase from there as required.

Drive
Gym (i.e. Resistance Training) Days
Dose 1 - first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 60-80 min pre-gym (i.e. WITH RPM)
Non-Gym (i.e. Resistance Training) Days
Dose 1 - first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 6-8 hours later

NOTE that you may need to experiment BOTH of you with the timing of your RPM/Drive pre-resistance training, taking 60 min, 70 min, 80 min before, and finding your OWN 'sweet spot' (mine is 80 min pre-gym, but it varies between individuals).
 
im 175.......my impression from above is that you think i should take the same number of caps no matter whether it is a lift day or not....is this correct?

Thanks this was very helpful, I only have one question, do you think 3 would be okay for drive in the morning?

And yes, that is correct. You dose Drive the SAME EVERY day. It's only the RPM that you take half-dose on non-lifting days.

No worries. You could, but for your weight 4 caps is recommended as the first dose, and all the dosages have been done so that they are the OPTIMAL dosing for that body mass.

So is the optimal number of drive i should take a day 5 or 6?
